I am new to the whole celica thing and this is my first car ive looked at them b4 and thought they would be great for a first tuner/import, and well i kinda stumbled across this one for $600 and any tips wouls be nice ill have pick sometime this month the car is in topeka atm sitting at my dads cause the plates are outa date and the military gates wont let me through....i do have a list of plans for it
