wow! that's going to be a challenge! I imagine you could buy new front end chasis rails and straighten the rest of the frame then weld the new rails on. I have a Celica that got rear ended but I decided it would cost too much to straighten and replace the unibody parts. I bought one with a good body instead and am swapping parts from the old one. I like to see things like this that get saved from scrap yards. I have lots of parts in my for sale thread but shipping to your area of the world might be too much.

ummm i recently bought it this way as it is...getting a gt4 cut from japan and welding it to the front...funny enough the engine and gearbox is intact..but i will dispose it either way when i get the cut..the go full gt4 conversion afterwards
