I take it by your "speech" patterns that you are not a contributing member of society..

Best thing to do is get a rwd donor that has or uses the same engine family that you want to use.

Also it probably won't be net as hard as everyone makes it out to be. You just need to be practical about how everything is set up and keep it all simple. Of course this is coming from the guy that is building a 70's civic to be a rwd motorcycle powered road racer with a space frame.....

No, the regulator. What you have a pic of is the control switch. The regulator is attached to the motor( the gold channel) or price me the motor and reg assebmly

you have to remember that a vette has alot of empty space for the hood to go where our cars do not. Also look into aftermarket hot rod style deck lid and hood hinges...would work/look better than some from lowes.

different isn't always easy or good

unless these vents have duct work connected to them- don't.....they are overplayed so much that bmw stopped using them( i think- even if they didn't--they should)

Lol. I have asked a very similar question before so I will save everyone else some time.
Any turbo will FIT any car, but if they are right for the job is a different story. So fr the "best" turbos for 5s engines are ct26 & ct27(which is an upgraded ct26).
Look at more threads and you'll get all of the info you need

I will get more in depth later but in short- sounds like your car has been painted before and basically the whole car will need o be sanded down. I would not sugges stripper unless you can take the car apart becuase it will eat the paint off of anything. I the body filler does not feather as you are booking it then the dent is bigger than you thought or you didn't put enough on

Whoa 3 scoops may be a little much lol. Yeah eating every 2-3 hrs is best but it's hard as hell. At my work we get breaks every 2 hrs so that helps though. It's kind of Finn hearing people wonder " how do you et so much and stay skinny?" the German volume workout- I have done it twice now following it to a t and impoves my bench by 20lbs eah time!! That is why I like it ...... That and you get REAL GOOD endurance

Also what helps is getting a good mix of motivational/ metal on an mp3 player and lifting pissed.

it is extremely hard to get all of your required vitamins and minerals but just eating food, that is why there are supplements and vitamins. And even if you did have the "magic meal plan" where you somehow did why wouldn't you still take supplements and get more results?

Sidenote: look up German volume training. Then let's see how you feel in 4-6 weeks

Nice drop. Nice non blingy wheels that fit well. Nicely detailed. Lipkit/ extensions. Few emblems as possible. Jdm tails.

Look at other cars and in magazines and if you say whoa that is a nce car... Try to mimic its style. My example is that I really would like a black Audi a4 or a6 or clean jettas/ golfs . Pick up import tuner and check out some of their features.

So far I am liking jack3d but I got my best results with noxplode mixed with creatine and war during my workout.
The isomass I will say is ok. Taste is about a 6-7 and effectiveness I will say is the same. I have tried a couple of jugs of it again between 1 and 3 2 scoop shakes when I calls for 3 3 scoopers. Also it calls for 2%milk and I use water so just that is a 300 cal difference per serving

My diet is in the middle of a bit of a change be ause m work scheduale has changed but it WAS:
wake up at 7 eat hashbrowns, eggwhites and turkey bacon.
Work out at 8-8:30 until 9:30 -protein shake
work at 10
lunch at 230- usually chicken breast and veg. Or some other oven baked meat and veg or mac and cheese/ pasta
go home at 830 and eat pretty much whatever my lady made.
I basically eat whenever I get a chance just so Long as the food isn't bad for me.
I'm also not really tryin to gain alot but just lean out what I have
Bench-275

This is very tempting for me- I have been wanting an all trac for a while but decided to work with what I had. New engine in it now with less than 500 miles. Paint that is barely cured.....

DDD Double post. Sorry I'm on my phone

Prework out - Multivitamins..tried no xplode, superpump 250 and now I have been trying jack3d for a couple of weeks
During - Gatorade mix ( it's cheap and the electrolytes-salt- help keep water in your system) but I prefer WAR by MRI but it is more costly
after - iso mass extreme gainer. Has creatine and a good amount of protein per serving- it also comes in a 10lb jug and it's FULL! Strawberry is most tolerable ( I have not really gained a huge amount of weight from it but I only take one serving a day instead of 3) nitro core 24 is pretty good as well

I've been wondering what a center exit exhaust would look like on our cars
