SOLD!!!!!

*EDIT* New BLOWOUT Price $900!! This car must go!!

*Ladies and Gents*

For sale is a Manual red Toyota Celica in decent condition cosmetically.

*The Bad*

- Suspension wise it needs new rear shocks, and is out of alignment They are completely worn and not wise to drive with. You can tell by the way it shakes, and how ridiculously low the car is. Stock springs.
- Has 19 inch rims. Wheel spacers as well. This is bad because the shocks wear out sooner. I advise to go back to stock rim size or MAX 17 inch
- Needs new battery. Not sure if it's because the car sits more than drives, but the battery is completely gone. I have to jump it before I can drive it every time.
- Alarm sound no longer works. This might because of the bad battery. The keyless entry works, but there is no sound whats-so-ever.
- Needs new clutch, simply because it has been a long time since the clutch has been replaced. No problems shifting but again, it's been a very long time.
-GT4 Front bumper is scratched a bit, and is black.

*The Good*

- The odometer says 146,XXX miles, but received an engine swap December of 2015 of the same engine but 90,XXX miles at that time. Engine has been maintained well and hardly driven as I reside in downtown Washington DC. Car is due for an oil change but not over due because again, I rarely drive the car. No check engine lights.

- OEM style touch screen/navi/DVDPlayer

- Rearview camera

- HID Headlights

- Axles replaced in December of 2015

- GT4 Front bumper

- Awesome sound system. Aftermarket speakers, Amp, and Sub.

Overall, a great deal for the price. Pretty much a steal. Get smaller rims and buy coil overs, and you have a reliable daily driver for years to come.

What you get:

Clean Washington DC Title

1 Key, 2 Keyless FOBs

Why I'm Selling:

Anyone who lives here knows renting in downtown DC is NOT cheap. request a private parking space and be prepared to add $200 to your monthly rent. Simply cant afford that extra $200 along with car insurance monthly for a car I don't drive.

Will work with shipping or local pickup. Will help you find shipping quotes in your area. Pics in profile, message me for more pics and information. Thanks for stopping by.

It's not that it doesn't fit, it just doesn't fit properly. The stock hood pushes the center portion of the bumper down, creating a gap near the high beams. Not super noticeable unless you know to look for it.

I certainly agree with you to an extent richee, but this post suggests that installing the GT-FOUR front bumper only is absolutely out of the question:

"5. Can I get the GT-FOUR bumper without the hood?

No. The hood will hit the bumper before reaching the hood latch since the center of the st205 bumper is higher than stock."

That simply is not the case. The hood is no where near hitting the bumper in my car. I think it's important to have correct information on here as getting a front bumper & hood can be costly, and/or if people just want the front bumper than they can do so.

I hate to post a reply to such an old thread, especially a thread that has been sticky-d. But in regards to not being able to install a GT-FOUR front bumper with a stock GT/ST hood, well that is incorrect as I just installed a GT-FOUR front bumper on a 94 Celica ST with the stock hood. The only thing is, I had to remove the crash the bar, but as noted in this sticky you would have to modify the stock crash bar to fit with the GT-FOUR hood. I did not modify any portion of my car or bumper besides removing the crash bar, and it is actually decently flush. I will post pictures tomorrow.

Up for grabs is a pair of OEM fogs and turn signals for the ST205 GT-4. Picked them up from Mr. Richee and they were gonna go on my gf's car, but we have since split, so I've no need for these. One of the fog's lens has some funky damage to it, but i don't think it'll compromise the integrity of the lens itself nor the light output.

Anyways, dunno what they go for, so I'll just say $100 shipped for both sets together or toss me an offer I can't refuse. Pics will be up later tonight or tomorrow.

Vote with confidence.

Gracias

$50 shipped for just the fog lights?

I've been getting GT4 parts from a junkyard guy in the UK. I don't know what customs would do with a whole front bumper. I just ordered the center part with the hole. it showed up in two weeks for a very reasonable price.

here is a link to 3sgte parts exchange which is a good source for stuff

3sgte parts exchange

and the link to the guy I've been ordering from

celica gt4 seller

he has a post on the 3sgte site where he's breaking down a GT4 right now. I like the parts source but I hate to see all these GT4s scrapped.

very awesome! Will check it out. Thank you very much!

Rust? Underbody pics/vid?

There's a video link on the first post. I don't think there's rust, I will verify after work, and I will add pics as well.
