I got the calendar today! biggrin.gif
Looks pretty good!
Thanks a lot for the great work on it and the fast shipping!

But there is one little mistake... frown.gif I got a 3S-GE engine inside.
If you own a GT-S in Austria they all got the 3S-GE engine, and I don't bear in mind that there is the 5S-FE in all US GT-models... rolleyes.gif So it's my fault I forgot to mention it.

Hey, I'm really sorry for submitting a pic showing the back of my car and additionally turned the wheels in the wrong direction.

I didn’t want to bother someone with it (Tigawoods…). wink.gif
I only have noticed that most of the pics in the previous calendar show the front of the cars.

So I wanted to distinguish my pic a little bit from the rest.
Too bad that some people doesn't see it the way I do. biggrin.gif
Nevertheless, several people voted for my pic and I have just a few friends here in the forum, who voted for me. So there must be a couple of people here who liked this pic and wanted to have it on the calendar too.

If someone doesn't like a pic or even parts of a pic, just vote for another one, but please do not mock other people after a voting!
Thanks to malpaso for the well-intentioned thread, apparently some have misunderstood this.
And I want to thank GriffGirl for her efforts on the calendar! Keep up the good work!

Just a little update.
I took it yesterday on the way home! smile.gif

WTF?! This one too! I really like it! You must have a good camera!

It's a Nikon Coolpix P50 but was not really expensive.
I hope I still can shoot a good pic for the year's calendar. wink.gif

Hey,
my favorite is definitely #3. wink.gif
I can imagine that it would look good.

The castrol rally-look will not flow on the convertible, because the top will be black instead of the castrol design...

Hope I could help you...!

talked to local dealer and they say its not available. i asume this is the same for any dealer?

I talked to my Toyota dealer yesterday. He told me when I order it now it will take about 2 days until the rear strut brace arrives.
I don't know why the strut brace is no longer available at your dealer.

Well i called them back and spoke to a male who was NOT on there period and he said it was available for 195$.... which is rediculous! lol

Wow, 195$ are pretty much... Is this the price with the covers, or do you have to get them extra?

In my 99 GT-S I have some gray seats with green and blue stripes on.
I even saw one 96 GT with normal gray seats without the stripes.

Has anyone these seats with green and blue stipes too?

thanks for the quick response another question will the 90 91 93 celica convert, rear quarter window regu;lators and motors fit a 1996 gt convert ? thanks

No, the regulator parts from the 5th gen will not fit. They work with a different system of lever to lift the window.

Well done with the barbed wire fence in the background!

Could this be a military hangar or so?

QUOTE (Bigblock @ Apr 23, 2009 - 5:47 PM) *
Looks very similar to a Pakfeifer kit

Yes, thats right!
It was a Pakfeifer bumper but some modifications at the sides have been done (air inlets added and the edges to the side panel removed). The bumper costs 372.00 EUR.

Hey!

If you have other things on your car painted in blue or pink you can choose one of them. But if you don't have any other color on your car, then choose silver or black!

Hey guys!

Today the weather was perfect, so I built in my JDM tail lights. (They were lying in the cellar since christmas rolleyes.gif )

Here a pic with the old tails on:

And then, 20 minutes later...

I think that my Celi looks much better then before!

yup yup very nice! like your side skirts and spoiler too. was that spoiler part of the kit?

Yes, this is the Pakfeifer spoiler too. Normally the spoiler consists of 3 several parts. But I wanted to have no gaps between the single parts.

Beautiful rims -- I know you're in Austria, but could you tell me the brand and model?

That's Alutec Strom. I think it's possible to order a set. Here is the link to the homepage: Alutec.de

Hey guys!

Just take a look at the new appearance of my GT.

Compared to before...

It's a Pakfeifer bodykit with special modifications at the bumpers.
So then, pics speak louder than words.
Enjoy!

Hey,

in my opinion it's not necessary to do such a service, my first car was 94' and I did not service the airbag any time.
But what you can do is have all the SRS sensors looked at, clean all the connections and see if any are corroded.

I'd just replace the whole strut. It's simply the better solution than only change the housing!
