I took a couple videos of the car that I can send to anyone interested to show that the car does run and its condition. I've got a full walk around video with exhaust sound and a free revving video. If I don't sell it within a week, it will be parted out. |

All PM's replied to. Please, if at all possible, call or text so I don't have to keep up with PMs. Thanks! |

I'm selling this car because I no longer have time for it. The car has a 3sgte turbo engine from my 92 Celica AllTrac. The engine was rebuilt with OEM rings and bearings before it was swapped in. I installed a Cometic Head gasket and ARP head studs also. The engine has absolutely perfect compression. I've put almost 15k miles on it since the rebuild including 500+ mile road trips. The car has all factory amenities including A/C, Power steering, and cruise control. It has a Dr. Tweak swap wiring harness and a full 3" exhaust with a Dynomax VT muffler. The car will be sold with custom painted Scion tC 17" wheels. Turbo is in great condition. It has a stage 4 6-puck clutch also. Now for the bad- The car will run fine for about 10-15min, then it will start to run poorly. I've eliminated any boost leaks it might have which included new intake manifold gaskets, new throttle body gaskets, new throttle inlet from intercooler and repaired a pinhole in the intercooler. All parts were replaced with Toyota OEM parts. I've also replaced the alternator, ECU (currently has JDM 89661-17380), Coil, igniter, and airflow meter. At this point, I'm pretty sure the car has some high resistance wires causing the degrade in performance after it warms up. I've recently had to run a new wire to the alternator because the wire that supplies power to the regulator had high resistance. I'm just fed up with chasing problems so somebody with a little more patience than me might be able to profit from this. I loved driving this car when it was running well and it usually averaged between 28-30mpg if I kept out of boost. Interior is in almost perfect condition with no rips in the seats and no cracks in the dash. Exterior has a few spots missing clear coat. Pretty straight overall. I'm only asking $3k obo for the whole thing. Text (preferred) or call 850602one5four9. Or you could just PM me but I don't check those as often. |

its manual work, i have another one with just the letters shaved off and the stripes still on it if someone would be more interested in that Wowww!!! great work! Stripes are orrible, without is better, 7afe valve cover is more ugly than 3sge or other toyota engine. I searched many times a modern (carbon, fiber, plastic or others) valve cover (like scion trd cover) or "fuel rail cover" to give engine bay a more "modern stock" style, but found nothing. To shave the stock valve cover is a great idea, to insert a CELICA or TOYOTA or TRD letters and then powdercoating all could be the paradise!!!! trd racing decals are for fags... id rather put hawnda badges on my toyotas... clean is where its at the sooner you learn that the less my eyes will have to bleed from looking at rice. kthxbye |
