I know some people that it's happened. Anyhow aside from that they look to be fun, unless you're like me and can't get past the whole sedan thing. tongue.gif

Yea I hear yea. They either got one that was beat the snot out of and poorly maintaned or didnt' know what they were doing. I was close to getting an frs/brz but they are N/A and its about another 6 or 7 grand to boost them kindasad.gif

I just sold mine over the weekend! I will still browse through to see what people are up to though. Doesn't Toa have a 400+ whp Celica now? Hope I didn't butcher the name.

Hey MN guys. I'm selling my Celica ST if anyone's is interested. Haven't gotten pics yet but it's pretty much a beater. $1200 for it and is yours. Runs drives and has new tires and alignment. I will make an actual craigslist post, but thought I'd start here. - SOLD - I'm gonna miss that Celica. frown.gif

Hey Nartanian, Did you move to North Side Mpls, I saw your car, If it's still the same one, silver with red hood, It was park on Humboldt near Olson Middle school. It was in the morning when I seen it, on my way to work. Didn't know if you still have your Celica or not anymore. Seems like you still got it, if your looking for a motor, I'll let you know if I come across one soon

That'd be me! I didn't move there though. I'm just in that area quiet a bit haha. Well I figured if no one had one I'd order a fpr. As for a actual motor, I don't think I need one yet but I'd take one for cheap just in case my current goes out. Thanks man!

Yea defiantly sounds like a wastegate problem. It's also possible to have a very weak spring or a crack by the wastegate flap.

So glad you got rid of those carbon mirrors. That made the car look way to ricey imo. Looks a lot better now though. Keep it up.

From a performance stand point I wouldn't even waste time doing exhaust work on a stock 7a. I'd just save to either swap or boost it THEN do exhaust. If you just want it to sound a bit more aggressive though perhaps someone can chime in since I've never heard how a catback setup sounds.

It's a very small increase at that. I went from stock to after market header and down pipe, deleted cat and 2.25 piping. I'd like to say at most you will gain 7whp maybe more with a tune. The stock 7a produces so little power that it doesn't make a drastic difference, especially if you are only doing a cat back.
