it's the battery cable that I needed to replaced. I found the part its like $70 from toyota. The cable itself splits into three parts. So unless you get one from a wrecked car you can only get it from the dealership cause no part store carry its.

I have a 94 ST. So working on my car the other day and notice that my positive battery cable was corroded so decided to change it out. Had a friend that said he could do it ended up he couldn't so went to Gemini to have them replace it but was told I needed a wire harness. Already checked Toyota world with no luck finding the part.

So my question is do I really need a wire harness for the positive cable battery lead and if so where can I find one?

wiring checked. now throwing code 14. checked connecter E5 pins 20 and 3 for IGT and IGF. those checked out. I'm not bothering with an ecu swap from Herosblade's car so either I find a good priced ecu (will be specific to my car) or the car will be parted and chopped. So you can start calling dibs on replacement parts cuz Herosblade got first dibs on lips.

How much you want for the intake?

I was wondering if the car was build with an inner metal body and an outer shell of body filler and fiberglass. Or is it just the guy’s ****ty craftsmanship.

I can assure you Celicas have steel main body panels. Maybe that guy was new to body work and using that car for practice?

I hate bondo the stuff just doesn't last, even if it was initially a good looking fix.

I was just wondering cause i got almost all of it off. Just that i noticed that when i was preping the car areas that he didn't work on was a steel shell and some kind of shell over the steel one.

I have to remold my rear fender because the person I bought the car from had a accident and called one of those guys that go to your house and do the bodywork in your driveway. Goes without saying they did a piss poor job. I mean it was covered in silver tape and spray on bed liner. But as I was cutting away at the mess he left I noticed that there were a lot of really high spots. I was wondering if the car was build with an inner metal body and an outer shell of body filler and fiberglass. Or is it just the guy’s ****ty craftsmanship.

I was wonder if anyone had this problem. When driving I hear what sounds like a chain dragging on my passengers side. At first it was off and on but now it’s all the time. Any advice?

You know hazmat had that same issue. He brought it over and we discovered his cotter pin on the axle was loose causing that fake castle nut thing was movin around. Readjusted the pin and all is good now

Hey thanks. Checked it this morning, seems to be find now.
