If anyone is parting or has parted a convertible and has a black carpet that is in good shape, I'd be interested in knowing how much you want for it. Mines in excellent shape, except for the drivers side where it's worn through, exposing the wiring harness, so I need to replace or find a visually acceptable way to patch it. I'm also interested in a front drivers side floor mat. Thanks. |

Thnks for the heads up. I may have to go with custom, as much as I hate to spend the money. |

Thanks for the info. If it's only a matter of carpet being too long, that's not a problem at all. |

The interior of my 1999 convertible has seen better days. I've already replaced the headliner and sun visors, but the seats are shot (note.. dealer put in aftermarket "leather" that was always crap), shifter boot has holes in it, carpet is worn to where you can see the wiring harness under it, and front mats have holes in them. I'm planning to get seat cover replacements from leatherseats.com, and I found a good deal on a shifter boot on ebay, but I'm having a heck of a time sourcing a new carpet (all of the premolded ones say "do not fit convertible") or OEM mats. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. |

I loaned my buddy my car and he managed to break the trunk release handle off at the base. I reattached it a few times with Acetone, but it's to the point where it just won't hold anymore and, since I'm considering pulling the seats, anyway, to recover, I want to replace it while I'm down there. Thanks. |
