Hi fellow celica peeps, just wandering does my celica 1996 2.0 GT (UK standard not import) have OBD2 or even OBD?

If anyone could provide details or even a picture of where it is located that would be great.

Thank You

well tbh ive only had the car since September (last year) and my brother had the car for 3-4 years but says he forgot how much he used to do.

Therefore i have only really had the cold seasons and have yet to see the mpg on normal weather.

Hi,
i was just wandering how much miles does 20 litres last you?

Gen 6 celica 2.0L GT

and is the weather affecting your mpg>?

I used to get 130ish miles with 20litres now i get only 100 miles with 20 litres?

What is the normal mpg like for celica users?
Also what is the best engine oil to use?

Regards

Hi, I bought a tornado kit(its a min turbine fan) into the air filter. This works wonders inside my k&n filter. So much more better power response. Its also supposed 2 increase mpg but hav only had it 4 3days so cant confirm yet. But 4 extra power this does the job. I will let uno the outcome of the air kompressor.regards

the seller wrote this, Hello! The product that you are asking the question about is the Kompressor power Accelerator which fits into the breather line between the engine and the air intake manifold. There is only one such pipe so it is very easy to find.

hi i know this sounds rlee stupid, but i cant see it on this picture.

http://www.6gc.net/photo/member/12606/2

That is a photo of my engine bay. I have a air kompressor with the follwing instructions.

1. Locate the Breather pipe between the engine and the air intake manifold.

2. Cut the pipe and insert the corresponding size of “T” connector

3. Locate a suitable place for placement of the unit.

4. Secure the compressor into place using cable ties

5. Connect to the T-connector using hose provided

6. RE-CONNECT BATTERY AFTER 15 MINUTES HAVE ELAPSED

7. Start engine and use the screw at the top to adjust the idle speed

As you can see from the diagram i dont have that valve under the two bolts. Regards

hi, please may someone help me by providing a picture of where the breather pipe is on a 1996 Generation 6 celica GT from the pcv valve going to the air intake manifold?

I will try to add a photo onto my profile picture?

Cheers
