I went with this: http://empirecovers-review.blogspot.com/ $35 shipped. It's strictly for indoor use but my Celica is going to be sitting in a Garage for the next 4-5 months. I know it's silly to skimp so hard on the cover but as long as it keeps dust off of it, it is all I need. I might be asking for trouble with such a cheap cover but I figure as long as I wash and wax it before I put it on I should be fine. Like I said, it's going to sit in a garage. The material is like canvas so you definetly only want to use this indoors. It fits alright, I think it's worth $35. It'll do the job!! +1 for empirecovers, my car was getting slammed by pollen, I was getting sick of washing it everyday. I went with the tyvek cover from empirecovers, light weight and snug fit. the pollen blows right off now. |

QUOTE There are many types of breathable fabrics available. The big difference in price between the cheap covers (and tarps) and the good covers is due to the breathable fabrics. Never ever cover a car with a non-breathable cover. Condensation build-up under the cover can do lots of damage. I have the max cover from empire its a 3 layer cover made from Tyvek developed by DuPont. http://empirecovers-review.blogspot.com/ +1 on empirecovers, I know my cover is breathable, because I usually have condisation on my car in the morning, now I don't |
