Mounted next to the ecu is the circuit opening relay, this will be what is clicking. The reason will be low power and when you try to crank the enginecover the relay chatters due to not enough power to keep the relay energised due to the draw to the starter motor.

Keyless entry module is the black box. Cut wires coming from ignition are not factory so remove the piggyback clips. Two wire plug your holding looks like key illumination plug?

Are you sure they're the same part number? It looks like they are both opposites at each side... Or are you saying that's the part number to get both the left and right side pads?

Yup I am 100% sure, the rubbers are same both sides smile.gif

Does anyone know the Part number to this pad that attaches to the fender to support the hood? One time I had to take a dent out by removing the driver's side fender and the bolts came off all rusted and then I lost this pad on the driver's side. I tried ordering it off the trdparts.com store by trying to describe the part, but they just sent me washers. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. It looks like I'm going to have a mechanic shop to take out these bults that are stuck inside the fender, because idk how I would do it my self. here's a pic:

yeah heard about that, now theres only 4 NZ new left.

not a bad price, how many k's and where did you find it?

It was on TradeMe and the seller was local to me on the North Shore. Has done 190k but is in very tidy condition besides paint work smile.gif Engine and gearbox are top notch only the super-strut that needs new lower arms and banana arms which I have a spare set of anyway.

yip $96000

I owned two of them at the same time

red- I still own, originally bought by my mates father for his 21 birthday ( 243kw at all four )

red- sold it to another guy

sliver- owned by middle aged guy, my mates father bought this one for himself

white - in auckland - beaten up

blue- crashed an rebuilt by Richard

White one ended up at pick a part a few months ago, was stripped and then squashed frown.gif I was looking for a WRC as well........

On the upside three weeks ago I got my hands on an imported WRC for just $4500 NZ dollars! Its an ugly green but after a full repaint in black and tidy up I cant wait to have it as my daily drive smile.gif

I have activated the spray bar and have now got the water injection working using all the factory bits, only the antilag left to do smile.gif

Lots of people believe the parts are all dummies, they are not and just need some tweaking to get them all going wink.gif
