Hello, just joined the site. I've just bought a 97 Celica SS1 import and am picking it up on friday. Only got 34k on it, black and is very clean. I got a very good deal on it, but realise its not the best engine in terms of performance, and its an automatic.

I would like to know if any aftermarket camshafts are made for this model that give more power at higher rpm, if so how does the auto gearbox cope with the higher rpm, will it stay in gear or change to early. I am looking to get around 150bph, any suggetsions or website links to parts? Cheers
