Does anyone know if these headers actually work? I'm just wondering 'cause I'm about to scrap my turbo set up. Its begining to be too much of a hassle and there's almost no support for anything other than a civic in Oklahoma. And would the HotShot headers for a 93 GT work for a 94? I talked to HotShot and they said they hadn't tested them on a 6th gen, and that there might be radiator clearance issues. Thanks |

I guess the meeting spot would be on you, I don't know the area too well, I've only driven through it once and that was almost four years ago. |

To anyone who has a FMIC, how did you plumb it. I.E. getting the pressurized air from the turbo to the intercooler and back up to the throttle body? |

The power depends on how much boost and how big of a shot you have. If you run about 9 pounds and throw a hundred shot on, you'll be making about 300 hp, you'll blow your engine, but you'll have 300 hourse. Putting it on wouldn't be too hard, but I'd make sure the engine can handle it all around, you'd need even bigger injectors than those that come with the kit, and all the other internal parts are gonna have to be replaced. Or you could just run 6 psi and put a 25 shot on. That would give you a pretty good power gain and the nitrous provides an intercooling effect. |

I'm in. Oklahoma City's not that far. Shreveport would be a good middle ground or Dallas. |

I have the burien kit, and after some growing pains its been great. It is kinda pricey, but if you look at some comperable kits for 'tegs and civics its not really bad. I'd recomend it, and their customer support is great, you're not gonna get that from a junkyard. Does anyone know if there's a good way to install a front mount intercooler on the 6 gen's. I've been looking all over the car and there's really no good spot to plumb it. Any help would be great. Oklahoma doesn't have the strongest toyota following. |
