stock numbers snadman (From the 6gc site) "The GT model of the sixth generation Celica is powered by the more powerful 5S-FE powerplant, which is a 2.2 liter DOHC engine. This engine puts out 135 horsepower at 5400 rpm, and 145 lb. ft. of torque at 4400 rpm in every state except for California, where the engine only puts out 130 horsepower due to emissions restrictions. " So, its been about two weeks and no one seems truly interested so i figured why not drop the price a bit. How does $4400 sound? All parts still included plus a blue AEM short ram intake which can be modded to fit the celi and a stainless steel muffler. You won't find a better buy than this. Tell a friend to tell a friend... |

hey celicastx02. what kind of car are you selling? i see that you live in north carolina. For non local buyers, i would recommend in checking out the car and test driving it as opposed to an ebay style purchase. I wanna make sure the buyer is 100% satisfied. and boosted_k2, i'll send you an e-mail soon. i've just been a little busy with work. 6GC FEEL FREE TO POST UP if your interested or have questions. |

yea, the paint looks ok at a distance but up close u can see that the weather has taken its toll. i've tried waxing but determined that fresh paint is the only way to restore the luster. i always envisioned a candy blue or pearl white with jdm tails to make this car scream panty dropper lol (no disrespect to the females ). The only plus i can see from the condtition of the original paint is that it makes for a lower price and perfect if your looking for a celi to custom paint anyway. boosted_k2- cool, I guess keep me posted and e-mail me at noasoze@aol.com if you want any more info. |

since there are no responses so far i'm open to everyones opinions... i believe the car is priced right to sell, what do u guys think? Also, i can remove some parts if that would make the price a little better suited to your budget. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KBB RETAIL VALUE $5,675 Price Reduction -$1000 (Paint was neglected by previous owner) TOTAL PRICE = $4400 Firm 1994 Toyota Celica GT 5spd (4cyl) 2.2Liter 135HP 145ft/lbs, 4 Seater Sports Coupe 114,000 Miles Blue The car was 100% stock at the time I purchased the car. All upgrades have been installed professionaly within the last year. New Clutch (7/12/04) New Front Goodyear Tires (6/25/04) Audiovox LCD Pager Remote Alarm Alpine CDA 9813 CD/WMA/MP3 Player with remote Silver Reverse Gauges Eibach Sportline Springs - 1.5" drop (Sport Tuned suspension that must be driven carefully) KYB-GR2 Struts 16" 2001 Toyota Celica GTS Wheels Champion Spark Plugs Mobil 1 Oil Filter Fully Serviced - My Records as well as previous owners. Clean Interior - Nice Sport Seats Ice Cold A/C and oven warm heat Engine runs strong ***NOTE: All this car needs is a good paint job and will be a real head turner. The previous owner serviced the car only at Toyota dealerships but neglected the paint so the car looks good from 10 feet but imperfections can be noticed at a closer range. There is a parking lot dent on the passenger door which i recieved in a mall parking lot. The sunroof needs a new track arm. The power mirror module does not respond when button is pressed. All other electical componets work fine. The engine is flawless. COMMENTS: I have had this car since June 2003 and have driven this car for 10 months in Long Island where I go to school. In the summer months and on visits home, I park this car in a gated parking lot so as to not to keep it on the street. This a very reliable sporty car that hugs the road and is most fun on country roads. I am in the market for a new car so I am parting ways with this car. If you are interested or have any questions, write me an e-mail so we can set up a possible meeting and test drive. |

Hey, it is very possible that i am selling my car very soon and would just like to get an early start to see who may be interested. $4500 Firm (Would Prefer local buyers in the New York Area NY/NJ/Conn...) I am selling my 1994 Toyota Celica GT Hatchback with 113,000 miles. 90% of my driving has been in suburban Long Island. The car runs good and was female owned before I. I bought this car last june from a hunter college professor leaving the country. There are a few minor cosmetic imperfections the previous owner left me with (which i will mention in detail). Basically this is a good car which could use a nice paint job which explains the reduced price. The seats are in very good condition. The original jack and floor mats are still in the car. The spare tire is in good condition. All tune ups performed on schedule (I have even have proof of the previous owners service records). This car was never in an accident. This is a very reliable car but it is time i move on. Extra's which were purchased NEW by me and installed all within the last year. Eibach Sportline's (nice and stiff)($210 retail) KYB GR2 Struts($200 Retail) 7th Generation GTS Rims ($600 retail)(Each rim has a few curb marks which can be sanded) New brakes($50 retail) 2 New Goodyear eagle tires in the front. Just bought them 6/25/04($230 retail) Alpine Flip down cd/mp3/wma player with remote ($270 retail) Audiovox LCD Pager Remote Alarm($170 retail) Silver Reverse Gauges($30 retail) Bosch spark plugs Mobil one oil filter (Not installed but included with car will be a brand new AEM short ram intake in blue which can be cut to fit. this is a popular mod with celica owners. I will also include a brand new stainless steel muffler with a 4 inch outlet.) Imperfections... These were inherited and i have been too busy with school and work to get around to them. 1.The sunroof tilts, but when opened gets stuck half way in. All that is needed is another support arm which retracts as the sunroof moves. 2.The power window module needs to be replaced but should be easy to find. 3.The Radio antenna motor is a bit loud when the antenna goes up. 4.There a few dings on the passenger side door but with a nice paint job it'll look good as new. I Will have pictures up later on today so be sure to check back. (sorry might take me a little longer cuz i accidentally deleted the program needed to upload the pics. when i find the cd the pics will be right up ) |

Like cartman would say, Jwalk1818 your breakin my balls. lol. c'mon we both know $45 is more than a reasonable price. Oh and just to add, theres no screw on cover at the end of this exhaust. its just a straight flow bomb style muffler. its made to get a good outward flow. So do we have a deal for $45. |

I actually sold the two pairs of bmw angel eyes i wanted to put on my car a few months back in this forum. Oh i will be selling my celi this upcoming summer (look out for that pretty soon)... that would explain the lack of pictures. As for the exhaust... its a no name muffler which i purchased from a friend but never used due to my upcoming sale. I'm really looking to get $50 shipped. i payed $75. I'm practically giving this stuff away. this is not an exact pic but its a similiar one. (the dimensions are different than the ones posted) |

This is a new muffler (not cat back) perfect for custom applications. The inlet is 2.5 inches and the tip is 4 inches. This is really nice piece of work... the welds are really clean and smooth and its so shiny u can see your reflection in it. I'm willing to let it go for cheap. I need the money so like my other post... i'll take the lost but u have to pay for shipping which shouldn't be more than $10. its not a huge box but the muffler has a little bit of weight on it. |

Whats up everyone.... i haven't been on for a while... I have a brand new (still in wrapping) AEM Short Ram Intake made for a 99-00 Civic SI in blue. IT can be easily modded to fit your celica. The intake includes intake pipe, aem cone air intake filter, aem licence plate holder, aem decals, intake hose and so on. I've had this sitting in my closet and i need the money so i'm willing to take a loss on it. You may need a longer breather hose ( i think thats what its called) but thats just to make it fit on a celi. i believe if u do a search u'll be able to find out how others have modded this AEM intake to fit the celi. I paid $160 for it a few months back. but i'll let it go for $100 +(shipping which really shouldn't exceed 10 to $12) I'm located in manhattan but i'm not out to overcharge for shipping). I'm ready to just add postage and send it out the door. Please no low ballers... i'm gonna be posting this on the honda acura boards too so act fast. |

I would just like to send a special thank you to the New York Department of Traffic, more importantly those in charge of the streets of New York City and the 5 boroughs, and i can't forget the Long Island Expressway. I would just like to thank all of you for my new front axle which i had to purchase due to the dedication taken to ensure the roads stay safe. Thank you. My car would not have to see the inside of a mechanics shop if it wasn't for you. Aw F*ck It, preventable repairs suck! Why the hell are there speed bump like ridges in the left lane of the Long Island Expressway when the speed limit is 55 and everyone drives 75. And whats with the deep drainage grates in the same lane??????? How am i gonna not have to drive my SUV and burn up the atmosphere when sh*t like this is everywhere. Sigh.... that felt kinda good. Just had to vent. If u feel the same way post up ur trouble spots so maybe others will know where to avoid uneven high traveled roadways. |
