I'm in the middle of a 4a-gze swap, converted to gte. I bought the motor from mynzeyes who had the harness modified by a member here (can't remember his name but he used to do all the 3s harnesses). He messed it up and I can't fix it, I hacked into my original harness for trans plugs since I'm not using the E51, and a few other wires cause the alternator was wired wrong and one of the wires was cut. The remains I sold and shipped off a while ago when I thought the 4a harness was salvagable. So I'm trying to start from scratch, get a 7a harness and a 4a harness and have a pro mod it. |

$440 from the dealer to be exact, and that's brand new. what i'm asking for is 11 years old. harness and ecu combonations of similar age go for around $150, i only need the harness. i just came up with that offer off the top of my head, let's find someone who has one first, then we'll talk price. |
I am not sure, I just know they range from $75-$100 for one lamp at most junk-yards and on www.car-parts.com. I'll probably sell both of them for $100 since they're in perfect condition. This means wires, connectors, and everything needed to hooke it up.
if you are selling both of them for 100 I will take them send me a pm with your infi and I will send you the money thanx
the fogs are all yours i just need the bumper cover. |

i have an E51 transaxle with flywheel for sale. this trans is from a jdm levin gtz clip purchased from jarco with 40-60k miles on it. i don't have the axles for it but i will include a pair of brand new v6 camry axles (bought from advance) that fit the transmission end but will need to be modified to fit the ST wheel hubs. this transmission will bolt up to both 7a and 4a motors. i will also include the bracket that mounts to the block to support the passanger side axle. this trans is a great upgrade for turboed 7a's, it is said to be able to withstand 300+ hp. i'm asking $300 plus shipping. any questions can be posted here or pm me, i will post pics if needed. thanks, dustin |

either way, i'm sure you could get a sh*t load of money for the 6 speed trans. i wonder if it bolts up to a 2jz? if so, the supra guys would be on it like decals on a civic. |

in my opinion, if you want to make huge amounts of boost just go with a gze short block. the small amount of displacement difference won't be that big of a deal. |

fwd drive is a good drivetrain for someone new to rally racing. if you want a sleek looking street car and a safe strong rally car, you should get coilovers (ride height adjustable) so you can lower your car for street and raise it to stock level to give you plenty of suspension travel. that should be good enough to start. for the engine, it all depends on how much power you want. if you want a decent setup turbo your current engine, if you want hella power swap your current engine with a 3s-gte to give you a stronger platform to start from. both of these options cost a lot of money (2-6k). researching what i just told you should keep you busy for a while. |

yeah, i don't think qatar is the man to see about 4a harnesses. but there have been previous posts about other companies that make custom harnesses. |

do yourself a huge favor and pay for the harness to be done by a pro. you don't want the stress of doing it yourself. |

HKS makes a 6 speed fwd tranny for the curren (3s-ge). they are very, very expensive as it's a racing gearbox but if your interested here's the site: i believe it's at takakaira.com which is a japanese site in english. |
