i changed the color on a 7th gen a while back, which is quite similar to 6th gens. i used PIAA led bulbs in hyper blue, and basically had to build my own wiring harness for them (194 bulbs), lots of soldering and custom gluing and all that, but it turned out sweet. if your good with a soldering gun and have some free time, try it, its not super tough. good luck

i have a pair of the tenzo seats, and they are really comfortable, but i have heard that the color fades easily on them, Sparco seats are another good brand, but for the price, i would stick with the tenzo rallies, which are almost identical to most other "rally" seats

Four channel amps depend on if you are running subs, or component speakers. well, it matters to me. i have autotek stealth 1500 watt amps, 2 of them, one to my 4 subs, and one to the components. They are super clean and really powerful, but quite pricey. Kicker makes good powerful amps, but they arent as reliable as say Diamonds or the rare Eclipse amps. Fosgate is always a good component OR sub amp. go with kickers on subs, and mb quarts or diamonds on components. Hope that helps.

ground control is the best coilover kit, but be aware, coilover spring kits are a bumpy ride. if you really need the adjustablity, go for it, but if you can afford to be low all the time, go with regular springs like eibach or ground control springs.

The eibach pro kit is the best kit for a 6th gen. With as low as it makes the car, the ride is still remarkable smooth compared to other springs kits, and obviously much smoother the coil-overs or cutting springs. They are easy to install, and arent all too expensive.
If there is another brand out there worth looking at thats a better ride, let me know.
