Like Drocay said, Testors transparent candy apple red works perfect, along with a few coats of clear coat after the red is dry.

You've got to be careful not to put on too many coats, or your turn signals won't be very visible during the day when it's sunny out. That's what my tail-lights are like right now, from painting them red twice, and then tinting the bottom black.

where did you find your "Testors transparent candy apple red"??
and what kind of clear did you use?

Use Testors Transparent Candy Apple Red and Clear is recommended.
And u can't take the lens its self out u have to use tape and newpaper for the area's u don't want painted, And I would recommend light coats until u reach the desired color.

where can i find some " TESTORS TRANPARENT CANDY APPLE RED"?
is it the name of the product?

hi.
i was wondering what stuff to use to paint my tail light.
anyone here knoes?
cause i would love a red that would fit exactly the red of the other lense.
my other question is do i have to take of the lense of the tail light or i paint it directly on the tail light with some maskintape to hide the rest of the tail light.
of course i took off the tail light of the car first!
thank you

i know that the 3rd gen 3s-gte will fit just perfectly in my gts engine bay.
what i want to know is,
-is the 3rd gen 3s-gte a 4 wheel drive??
-if yes, will it cost me a lot of money to make the 2 rear wheel wheel spin?
-what the price of a 3s-gte clip

thanx everyone

about your tire question 255 is a little big for a FWD car

i would go with 235 in front and back if you want really wide

thanx.

but do you think 255 would fit?

i know a guy that put an honda S2000 engine in a 92 civic hatchback.
so why cant i fit a 2jz in my car??
plus here in canada, a 94 supra costbetween 30 and 35k canadian dolars. its like 20 or 25k in us dolars.

The S2000 engine is a 2.0... and it's not a very large engine. The Supra's 2JZ is a friggen huge 3.0... so that's not even a logical comparison...heh...

A more valid argument would be, "I have a friend with an NSX V6 is a CRX..."

ok lol!
i see what you mean

i got a question for you all! what is the maximum width of tire that i can put on a '94 celica gts without being illegal (here in canada the tires must not be larger than the car fenders) i think that i can fit some 235/40/18 in the front and some 255/35/18 in the back. im pretty sure about the front but its for the back that i want your advice. anyone here ever tried to fit some 255? even on some 17's? if no, im pretty sure that some 245 will fit! if your wondering why im want my tire so large, its because im planing an engine swap.(i wanna fit a 2jzgtte)
