I've got my tongue pierced and the corner of my lip pierced, also got one that can't be seen that the ladies seem to love tongue.gif

Do it, my tongue was swollen for a day or so and then went back to normal, although when it was swollen I sounded like a douche when I talked.

I've run the same road many times and always run into an Acura.
The first time it was an NSX and the guy was a P**sy because he backed out at like 90 and took the 50 mph corner at 55 or so.  Tonight it was an RSX I passed him at 80 or so, he tried to catch up but by then I was at like 105. If you are going to run it run it hard.  OH they are just glorified Hondas anyway.  Both of them could have beat me if they just had more kahonas.  This is a back road with no traffic so take it easy with the whole street race jib jab.  I'm a safe driver ask Nat. wink.gif

Don't **** up and get into an accident, that'd just be another Celica destroyed because someone decided they wanted to be fast and furious.

~15MPG City, ~10MPG Highway <-Mustang

~20MPG City, ~26MPG Highway <-Celica

Nah, don't diss the Mustang, it'll make more power than the Celica ever could imagine without a lot of work, besides at least I put a real engine into the 'stang instead of keeping that crap 5.0 in it.

Anyways w/e, at least I finally got a Celica again as a DD/Project while the 'stang gets a new fuel pump and some other stuff done and until I find time to do my 3S swap wink.gif

I'll get some pictures of both cars soon.

Wanted a 4Runner when I was 15.

Got a Tiburon - wrecked by a truck
Got a Celica at - wrecked by a truck
Got a del Sol - Sold
Got a Eclipse GS-T Spyder - Sold after I realized FWD is not as fun with power

I now own

351 in a '90 Mustang Notch <-daily driver/gas sucker/needs NAWZ

Celica GT 5-speed - FWD sucks but I love the cars style and the fact that its getting a swap soon wink.gif

lol, I was looking at some of my old posts about my automatic ST, god those are entertaining to read. I'm all about speed now, less about body modification. What about everyone else? Who has changed in their view of how fast / how it looks of their car? I personally prefer speed, but if I can make the car look good its even better.

Right now I've got two cars

1.)90 Notchback Mustang, 351 with a C4 transmission, saleen front bumper/spoiler, welds racing wheels, full interior, recently repainted black - Daily driver/sleeper <-Needs NAWZ!

2.)98 Toyota Celica GT 5-speed, coming apart piece by piece, interior is completely gutted, needs a GT-4 hood, I've got a 3SGTE in my parents garage waiting to be dropped in.

My plans are ...

-Repaint the car to a darkish 'midnight' blue color complete repaint.
-I've already ordered some OZ Superleggeras through my hook up
-3SGTE is going to be dropped in as soon as the car is completely repainted
-probably going to modify the stockhood to some semblance of the GT-4 or go FMIC, most likely FMIC
-NAWZ! wink.gif

More updates later, and I'll post some pics of the 351 later on since its 5:40AM right now and I don't feel like going outside.

Muahahahaha!!!

Oh yeah Andason, do I get my NAWZ points back now?

I'd take a z06 please, 405HP LS1 just sounds so nice. Cars can be made fast with just a few bolt ons and some nitrous. biggrin.gif

Supra's are too played out in Florida and too many pricks drive them. I've met only a few Supra owners that were cool, the rest of the MKIVs think they are the hot ****, and now the MKIII owners are starting to think that too.

Domestic guys are funner to hang out with, import guys are too worried about talking **** about each others cars.

Rice to me, unless its a mid engine car (MR2, Fiero) that can make use of them.

So I finally got my Celica again, this time a GT liftback, and a 5 speed. White with black leather interior, sunroof, all power, stock GT alloys.

I already have GT-S wheels and I need to decide whether to powdercoat them black or keep them silver painted, I've got limo tint all around, new Polk Audio 6 1/2s that kick the stock speakers asses, and a new alpine headunit.

I've already ordered my 404 lip kit, projector highs and lows, and JDM tails.

I'm deciding whether or not to get a full 3SGTE swap but I don't know if I want that in my car since its going to be a daily driver. A few people I know said it would be ok but I would rather wait for a bit.

So watcha think, it'll look good or what?

Oh yeah, spoilerless as of today biggrin.gif

I say go spoilerless, but get it painted when u get ur done done.... then later go back to it if you feel like it.

Either go spoiler less and put a small lip on the back or get a better looking wing. I never liked the overly flashy ones and cops seem to be attracted to cars with those on the back.

That is a very nice color, personally I would keep it, but I prefer having a white car over any other color biggrin.gif

Keep it IMO.

So wait, are you parting out your car?

Why don't you get your swap done by XAT, or learn and do it yourself. You'll most likely take a loss if you sell everything now.

XAT is overpriced, drdos if you hold on I could ask a friend if he could do the swap for you... I plan on having him help me with getting ahold of a 3SGTE, but I could check that out for you if you want.

In highschool I was basically friends with everyone, and I had all the girls numbers in the cell wink.gif, I wasn't popular but I never had any problems and could never pick a side with any fight (only bad thing rolleyes.gif )

Only thing that happened bad to me in HS was got played by some girls I knew, but one moved away and the other one talks to me sometimes.

Good luck preaching to this crowd.

I was at the Honda-tech meet a couple weeks ago up in CT, 10sec ~450hp 4dr 92 Civic and you wouldnt even know to look at it except for the huge FMIC.

Yup.

I'll come out and say it, a Celica is not a fast car, at least the ones we get in the states. Now if we had the GT-4 that'd be more like it.

The only reason I'm getting another Celica is because I love the styling and I need a decent looking daily driver that not everyone and their mother has.

That and I've got this vision of a black or white celica dropped on some 17s with the 404 zephyr kit spoilerless... with a different engine.

Oh and CRX DX is slow as balls...

Keep the Celica and work on it, 3SGTE swap.

If you end up selling it get a '05 RSX Type S. They are REALLY nice inside and out.

Good luck.

If it was me I'd keep the Celi.

Well for the eclipse I shaved off the horrendous spoiler and now I've just got 4 black screws in the holes, doesn't look too bad if you really want it off but I suggest getting it filled.

Well I have been stalking this girl for a while... tongue.gif

I have feeling for a girl that I met in highschool before I graduated and we talk sometimes on AIM or the phone but I don't know if she feels the same way and I'm a wimp so I haven't said anything.

But she did break up with her boyfriend like three weeks ago...

If someone does this I would be interested in the gain in power and torque. Its an interesting idea, I've seen a few supercharged integras and tiburons that were pretty quick, I wonder how much power you could get with a s/c 5SFE.

Depends on what you swap in. A B16 swapped hatch isnt fast. I have a friend who beats those all the time in his 93 hatch SI which is a SOHC and all he has done is intake/catback/header. B16 is such a common swap and there was a kid with a 96 hatch who paid a good, $5k for it and its slow as balls, then again I kinda have a different point of view than all of you.

Theres also a 4dr Civic circa 1993 and he's running 10s and thats without catching traction until 3rd gear.

Most of these hatches are modded, stock they will be slow. I can beat swapped hatches easily, but I've seen some quick ones that surprised me.
