Hey guys, I'm going to sell my wrecked white 95 gt. I don't have the time to repair it or the money to have someone do it. Everything is perfect mechanically. The oil has been changed every 3k with mobile 1 5w30 and a mobile 1 filter. The car still drives perfect except it will rub on a hard left turn. All the car needs is a headlight assembly, bumper cover, and someone to straighten the radiator support bracket and body. The interior is in good shape, the drivers seat has a few rips though. I would like to get $1,000 for it since I'm sure I can get more than that parting it out and scraping the body. The price is negotiable though.

Im thinking about getting a shell so I can still have a celica. It all depends on price. Willing to travel several hours for the right deal.

id fix it. not that bad if you ask me. a fender and some other stuff...

It is worse than it looks. The whole right side of the car is warped. You really have to see it in person. Im thinking of trying to find a shell though. I'm not willing to go without a celica. If I can get a deal on a shell, me and my father-in-law can do the swap...that could be cheaper than body work. I'll know more about what I want to do after I get a quote.

Not saying it cant be repaired, but the costs might equal or exceed the cost of another celica. If insurance is jumping in, maybe just pay your deductiable and roll from there? Either way, sucks to see that happen to you.

That is what I was thinking. Either me or my father-in-law can repair mechanical issues but I cant do anything with body work so it would all be done in a body shop...so yea, I think it will be a bit much. Worst part is that it is my fault, I have had a ****ty run of luck lately and i was driving upset and didn't notice the guy in the left lane turning without a signal so i jumped into the right lane so i wouldn't hit him (couldn't stop because of wet roads from snow today) and hit a guy turning in the right lane about 2 car lengths ahead. (didnt see him either...the guy in the left was blocking him from my view. I was hard on the breaks and skid on the wet road into him.)

Hi everyone. I have lurked this site for a while now. I am a 22 year old married college student with 2 kids. I am studying information systems engineering. I own a 1995 white GT hatch that doesn't get the attention she deserves, lol, kids are expensive. I do have big plans for my Celica one day but for now I'm trying to just keep her maintained. A 3rd gen 3sgte swap is definitely in the future, but, I want to wait till i can afford to do it right.
