Triple pod buyer fell through. Putting it up on ebay within 48 hours, if anyone is still interested. PM me for the link and I will provide it.

The idea had occurred to me to put the pods on Ebay. I decided against it as I'd rather keep them in the 6GC community. I let them go up for private bids as I had no set price in mind; I was just hoping to get a fair amount for them. However, I'd be stupid to not want the most money I could get for the pods given their rather limited nature (within reason).
That being said "fair" is in the eye of the beholder. If the mods have a problem, I'll close the thread and take care of my obligation to the bidders via PM.

*edit*
Triple pod is pending sale.

Singe pod sold.

I'm not going to disclose the current high bid, it wouldn't be fair imo. I'll leave the thread open until tomorrow before I confirm with the high bidder and ship the pod.

I have at least one more semi-rare item I'll be putting up in the near future.

IIRC, Doggy never made these in RHD, he or Dustin can confirm I'm sure.

Single pod sale pending.

PMs received. I will keep the thread open a bit longer to see if anyone else is interested.

As CaliJeff said, the quality on these pods is very good. They look great on the dash and "flow" very well with the interior.

Hi all,

I've decided to sell my DCW Gauge pods, as I will no longer need them. I have the triple gauge pod that resides int he center of the dash and the single pod that sits over the driver's AC vent. Both are in pristine condition and have not been installed on my car.

I'm not certain what these things are worth, but I'd like to at least get my initial investment out of these limited-run items. PM me with offers, I suppose.

My Ebay feedback. (Posted in case my fairly low 6gc score might deter some people.)

Pretty much all CD drives use a generic driver provided by the operating system. If the drive shows up in device manager, but doesn't work properly, you may have a hardware issue. Does the drive read discs properly?

I have the TRD "carbon" gauge bezel, which is listed here as a portion of the CF dash kit. It is carbon-look plastic with the TRD logo. I brought it in back in '00 when I worked for an aftermarket company.

Hi all,

I am contemplating selling a spare set of struts I have lying around. Ideas as to how much I should ask, or direct offers would be appreciated. Here are the details:

Koni Sport struts "yellows" front and rear. Brand new in original boxes (though those have been opened).

A complete set of repainted Toyota OEM strut housings, front and rear. Rears have been pre-modified for these Konis, so you don't have to take a hacksaw and drill to your housings. I would install the Konis in these housings if the ultimate purchaser would like or keep them separate if noone likes the metallic gray I have them painted now.

If it turns out I am selling these, I'll post pics.

I doubt the GTs having a liner is due to the 400cc extra displacement of the 5S. It's more likely becuase of the orientation of the GT's engine which puts the exhaust manifold facing more toward the hood if anything. Just imo, of course.

I don't have any at all. Never did, even when I bought the car. Hope that helps!

'95 ST here, no hood lining since I got the car in '97. No paint fade either; until the rest of the car did that is. :)

Because I got a new deck for xmas, I have 2 decks for sale. One is a newer version that I dont have pics of currently that does play CDs and also works with the same changer and the other is the one pictured which doesnt play MP3s.

The MP3 deck is a Sony Xplod CDX-F5705X.

Both come with remotes.

The part that you will need to get is the wiring harness for the celica. This can be bought at a circuit city or most any audio place. I took this out of my rodeo so thats why theres no celica part on it.

How much for the CDX-F5705X deck?

I have the same problem for just a few minutes when it's cold. The noise I hear is definitely coming from the steering column.

Got my pod today, another excellent part from DCW. I have nothing but good to say about Dustin and my experience with this GB.

Only downside is that it looks like I can't use my GReddy water temp gauge I had bought a while back. It's too "deep" for this enclosure. Not a big deal, and I certainly wouldn't expect it to fit absolutely any 52mm gauge. I'm still interested in the left side pod as well, count me in on one of those if/when they are available.

It won't fit. Not only would you have to remove the trim, there is a portion of the chassis that runs between the two struts in such a way as to obstruct a conventional bar that fits the hatch. If someone did manage to build a bar to suit the coupe, it wouldn't do much. J-Speed "triangle" style would give you some extra rigidity, but again won't fit without modification.

My '95 ST is not a CA car and had 2 converters.

I just checked my BGB, you're right. New bit of information I had not really cared to look into until now.

I'm in the spot vacated by massbrandon, please. PM me with paypal info if my substitution is cool.

Doggy, I'd like the single pod for the left dash as well if you have any available. No change it would fit a 60mm gauge, is there?

HKS Hiper exhaust. Ignore the dirtiness of the car. I'll try to find another angle in a little while.
