alright guys, 94 GT4, engine hesitation. changed the plug/wires, tried seafoam, no boost leaks. this is all under WOT, otherwise it drives fine. im going to change the cap/rotor and try the fuel filter as well. dumb question though, where is the fuel filter on this? and if anyone else has any suggestions, please let me know, thanks guys! |

having had both on several types of different cars, springs ride wayyyy better. ive had 1" to 4 inch drops and while a bigger drop looks awesome, its a pain in the ass, i currently have coilovers on my Acura TL. ive also had springs while changing the shocks and some without. usually the rule of thumb when getting springs is if the dropp is going to be close to 2 or more inches, get new shoccks, anything less than 1.5 inch drop, you dont have to change, as its not that much of a change to the suspension. that being said, i have tein s-techs ready to go on my GT4, mainly because it is cheaper, i dont want a huge drop on it, i want it to ride similar and i dont want to weld **** on the car. im not changing the shocks out as they are still very good and the drop is only about 1.5 inches. thats my opinion, do what you want, maybe this will help sway your decision. |

dunno if 5sfe has one, but check the charcoal canister...its a common issue on 2nd gen 3sgte's, people just remove them... |

Not sure about in the states, but in Canada these are pretty common. Started making this style in 96, and i think went to 99 or 2000? I don' think they look much like a 6th gen celica at all to be honest, sorry not to burn ya but they started in 94 and stopped in 2000. i owned a 94 automatic, completely stock and it was one of the funnest cars ive owned and ive owned alot of fun cars. they can also look killer and be killer fast. i got beat by one at the track when i first got my GT4 and its was NA, kinda embarrassing but it was fast. |

one of those is illegally parked. truth. when you park on the side of the road, your car must be facing the direction of legal travel. (in the US, you HAVE to park on the right ride of the road, from the POV of the drivers seat) not in my neighborhood bro, i own this place i do what i want lol if its a public street, named, and not called a "Private road"(you OWN the road, paid personally to build and maintain it) the police still have authority on traffic laws. If i understand the law correctly, I can straight up hit the illegally parked car, and it will be said cars owners fault, not mine. WOW. what is it with you 6gc-ers, sarcasm detector broken? no sense of humour? i know its illegally parked, i dont care it was across the street from my house, where ii know everone and it was just for a few pics....hoooooollyyy sh!t |
