I want the gauge pillar, (left side drive?) I was also wondering if you have the top of the console, the arm rest with the drink holder?
Could you let me know how much for shipping to 48371?

What is it with that panel, I'm missing the same one! seems like I have heard other members looking for that same panel too....
Could you let me know what you end up paying for it?
And could you put up a post if yours suddenly turns up missing.

Most times the outter CV is the bad one and the inner CV is good, if that is the case with yours, you should check e-bay. For right around $50.00 you can buy 2 outter joints.
That is if you dont mind doing the work yourself!

Have a passenger door, or either fender, or a rear parcel shelf let me know, I'm in Michigan and can drive to pick sutff uf regionally (within 300-500 miles)

Let me know what you have and we can work out a price. Especially looking for red parts, but all colors are fine as I have to paint the beast anyways.

Isn't it nice when you ask a question and people just have to give you there opinion and never answer your question!

That is primer but it is suggested to go over it with self etching primer and a sealer primer.
I know you had questions on fenders, do you want to see some pic's of the vented fenders for a Celi? I can send ya some, just let me know..

I just picked up a set of Duraflex Z3 fenders, (found them on locally on craigslist new in the box) they are vented, I don't have them installed yet so my opinion may change but I like the looks of them, the vents are kinda suttle, the are not in anyway "over done". I would like to see another Celi with these fenders installed before I commit, but haven't seen one yet. Like I said, I like them, just my 2 cents worth!

I just got a great deal on a new set of Duraflex Z3 fenders, new in the box, I understand all the ins and outs of installing them I'm wondering if anyone else has installed these and how the fit and finish is on these outta box?
Was there alot of prep work before they could be painted?
What do you know about these? (Only if you have actually installed them) Thanks guys!

OK so I tried this and if I did it correctly or the same way you did, I started off in D2 and the car did a 1-2 shift at normal rpms just as if it were in drive, I tried it with the O/D on and off no change, if I really flogged it it does seem to hold out till near red line before shifting but normal driving = normal 1-2 shifting

Just becareful if you are replacing it your self, a timing belt is sensitive to tightness, it is not like the other belts, if you have a service manual pay close attention to the belt tightening or torque. over tightening one of these will cause it to snap in a very short time.

Both of the USDM engines have an automatic tensioner. Really just a spring that tensions the pulley till you torque the bolt down

Ya it's automatic, it's perfect everytime don't worry, what could go wrong?

Was your question actually answered? I was skiming (skimming?) over the chain of chat and could not tell if you got an answer, if not, I will try this on my Celica and see what happens.
