Khumo Supra 712's are very good tires, especially with wet traction. On the other hand the 711's suck. Do not think that just because the 711's sucks that the rest of Khumo tires suck. 712's are perfect for entry-mid level auto-x. A truly good tire to check out though would be Falken Azenis (spelling might be slightly off) these are sport tires, very sticky, and responsive, but wear quickly. |

use fiberglass cloth or mat and resin. Let it dry, sand w/ light sand paper, clean w/ laquer thinner then place very thin even coat of bondo over. let it dry sand down, and if needed do second very thin even coat and sand down until completely smooth and even. Then clean again w/ laquer thinner, spray primer. and after use primer sealant so rust won't get under paint. |

read Madmods and my above post: You need a stud welder and a slide hammer or drill a hole in the dent and, and with a screw tapped in pull it out. Pull easily, and get the dent to be as even as possible. |

Not trying to start anything but this comment is bs. The only time it will crack is if you place a thick coat at one time, or the dent is huge and you just try to fill it with bondo. thats where fiberglass mats, cloth or mesh and resin come into play. Madmods did point out one other tool you can use to pull dents that i forgot to mention. You need a stud welder and a slide hammer for serious dents, but we still need to see pics. |

ok what everyone else is telling is true you need a DA (Dual action sander) Bondo body filler (your call on type you can get it just bondo, or with fiber strands) Bondo hardener Spatula (rubber but are similar to puddy knife, at most auto store) 80, 100, and 150 grit sand paper (and higher if you want the dents to be smooth) Laquer thinner Primer (I prefer rustoleum they have a thicker primer and usually comes out better than cheaper primers) You may need a rasp (looks like a cheese grater) if you are sloppy with bondo, or you could just sand it down) Ok here we go *Note: Once you place lacquer thinner on area do not touch with hands* *Other note when mixing bondo w/ hardener do not add much hardener when u mix you want a light pink color, and place it on quick or the bondo will start to get chunky* For small dents: First sand down area about inch or so around w/ 80 grit, to metal then clean with lacquer thinner. u can just mix the bondo and apply a a very thin even coat over the dent. let it sit for about 40 min. sand down w/ 100grit lightly if dent is still there clean up w/ lacquer thinner again and apply another thin coat of bondo. repeat process until everything is even. use 150 grit to get is very smooth, clean and primer Once I see pics I can tell you if u need to drill or not though. |

No there is a black rubber piece that is supposed to go between the tube and filter, and I do not have it, it does not come with the K&N Filter. It is like an adapment piece that uses a clamp. I have seen it on all aftermarket intakes and custom made one, but I do not have it and need to know where to get it. |

What do I need to fit my cone filter onto tubing, it is slightly larger than the tubing? I had been using duct tape temporarily, but that is kinda ghetto and unattractive. |

My engine started leaking oil bad, so i replaced the valve cover gasket, and spark plug seals yesterday. My PCV(from Intake manifold to Valve cover) was brittle and broke, so i plugged the holes for the moment. I drove off and noticed I can't go above 2k rpm and it makes this sputtering sound, can someone pleas help me out w/ the prob I am so frustrated right now.... My timing wouldn't have been thown off huh? I didn't take belt off, only the top 2 screws to let the black plastic piece to let go of the valve cover * And one other question is the bottom throttle cable supposed to be loose? the top one isn't<-pulls the lever, but the bottom is. |

that is similar to what some of my friend had to do to their G-bodies(monte carlo/cutlass) the fram has a tendency to twist when put under too much stress from motor. This is getting even closer to turning a celi rw or awd w/o complications. boxes in the chevy's work so I believe this would work also. only prob is bottom of car has to be modified to hold a new rearend, right? what rearend and tranny would be used for rwd? Old style supra? a corrolla rear end? what is the lengths of the rearend to see if it wouldn't be too wide? I can try to get info from someone at toyota. I still think it would be awesome to have a rwd celica. It would go back to its root from the 1st gen celi. Guys we should make this a sticky and contribute info as we find it, and eventually when we think of everything we need and find the problems to solve before, then someone could build a rwd celi. I do know a few shops around here that do work on drag cars. |

If someone seriously wanted to do this they could build a custom frame that will accept all the exterior from a celi. My friends father races trucks, and they swap turck to unibody for weight reasons. People who build 1932 ford roadster sdo not even use any parts from the car usually, they just buy it for a title. Basically it would be the equivalent to a kit car. Please don't flame me on this, but if you look into hot rod restoring you should be able to find out about this. I think it would be a killer idea. Would be completely original(show aspect), and would become a force to be reckoned with. Only prob is most cars built like this usually take around $70k to build, but it's just a thought. |

Man I went through a total change with my love of cars. I think Celicas look sexy just debadged, turn sigs smoked or cleared, mesh grille, for HB-no spoiler, and possibly a cf hood. Just my opinion, but I think our cars look damn sexy and shouldn't be altered too much. ![]() Don't flame me |

I have a question about the tire wear on my car. I needed to buy some new tires a few months ago, and within 3-4000 miles they are bald on outside of tire on the driver side, and on the inside of the passenger side of my car. ![]() Do I have a camber or alignment problem? Or am I just taking turns to hard to the left? Please help me out I need some answers this week so I can have this prob fixed before I buy new tires for my new wheels. |

I could've sworn someone said celica's came with adjustable camber. Am I right? Pressure2 and Coomer have them(Sportlines). They would be the ones who could answer your questions |

The cherry bombs that I have seen have only come in one length. You might be able to find them at Autozone. You can easily cut these to shorten them. Other than that if you wanted to go a better route I think Magnaflow makes some nice resonators. |
