wouldnt even think about it for a second. this shell only has 90k miles on her. complete gt-four front end. the previous/original owner let the rust get like that. such a shame. full paint job is coming right after this anyway. |

listen to these guys on here. but in all seriousness, take your time looking. don't rush into it. & if you really want to go local, do some research on the businesses around there. which shops are reputable & which are not. i'm telling you though, you really want a complete swap if you can find a deal that you are comfortable with. |

whats up guys. i read in the thread discussing what BEAMS came with LSD & what didnt that somebody said that the LSD S54 doesnt last long (i'm pretty sure the post said 100,000km). i was thinking about buying a LSD trans what is your opinion on this? will it last me a long time? is it that much better than non-LSD? |

i will pm you my email bonzai. thanks. one more thing guys, for my dad(the master mechanic behind all this) i paid for the beams & parts but i couldnt thank him enough for putting all this together with me. he wants to know how you guys prefer to go about getting the stock harness from the dash. he basically wants to know if you guys prefer to strip the whole dash apart including the top part, or if it is possible just from the lower parts. |

some aussie ST204's and some Special Edition '97 SS-I had white face gauges. However it is easy to tell the difference as they only went up to 8,000rpm, where as all 3S-GE motor's went up to 9,000rpm. good info. thanks Rusty. i ordered the one i posted. down to the last part for the beams now, the b-pipe. |

i dont want to keep it black faced i want to use the beams tach, not the speedometer of course, but the tach. here's the cluster i want to buy, what i'm asking is will any white face tach work. was the white face exclusive just for the beams? maybe i'm mistaken but i thought some other ST202s came with white face gauges. |
