So when you say the first amp do you mean the MRV-F340? And when you say the second amp do you mean a mono amp? I'm guessing you meant those amps cos i linked them in that order |

Yea I'm a dj but I'm pretty useless at car audio so I'm seeking a little advise from you guys. I'm currently running a pioneer deh-9600mp HU, stock speakers in the front and Vibe 6x9's in the back which the previous owner had wired up to an amp. What i want to do right now is to add a 12" Alpine type R sub. The rating on that is 1000 Watts Max Output, 300 Watts RMS. And in a few months time when i got the money add another 12" Alpine and upgrade the front speakers. Now what I need is to know which amp(s) to buy. I really like the Alpine V12 range. http://www.alpine-europe.com/alpine/englis..._v12-series.htm For the moment I'll just need an amp to power the sub and rear speakers so I was thinking either the MRV-F340 or MRV-F450? And then later when i get the second sub and upgraded front speakers I'm thinking maybe the MRV-F540 to power the 2 subs and my original amp can power the speakers? Possibly even one of these mono amps to power the subs? http://www.alpine-europe.com/alpine/englis...ss-d-series.htm I'm a student on a budget so what I want is to get the cheapest amp(s) to just be able to power those subs and speakers comfortably without having a lot of power spare(pay more). Any car audio gurus care to show me the way? Jun |
