I do want to try it. Like I said I'll start out with go karts and the try it on a car. Theres got to be a way. Maybe I'll be rich and famous for inventing the first rear-wheel steering system that works at all speeds and handles like a dream. (lol) Im all about trying different ideas I have. Surely it can be done, and if theres a way I'll find it. Peace |

Have any of you seen the Peugot 20cup? And its not really like driving in reverse because your not going backwards. The thrust scc uses it. It broke the sound barrier. If any one has any details on it or anything good to say then please write. |

What do you guys think of the concept of rear wheel steering on a front wheel drive car? Im not talking about 4-wheel steering. only the rear wheels. The front wheels would be locked. There is a car out there that does it. The Peugot 20cup. It only has one wheel in the back though, kinda looks like a motorcycle. Supposedly it handles really well. I know how forklifts handle, I used to drive them. But surley there is a way to do it where it handles really good and is not dangerous at high speeds. The idea has completley fascinated me. I want to try it. I think first I'll try building a go-kart with the set up. I dont know, maybe I'm wasting my fuc*ing time, but to me it makes more sense to have the rear wheels steer on a fwd car. It would have a better weight distribution and it would take alot of the work off the front tires. Maybe even having the car with a rear engine setup where the front wheels pull and the rear wheels steer. Just want to hear other peoples opinions good or bad. Maybe even some ideas that would help me. Crone |

Ok. Ive been looking for a bodykit for my celica but most of the kits are only designed for the gt-four or the hatchback. I kinda want the erebuni bodykit. Does anyone have pics or ideas of what I can do to make it look good. |

What about lagos and supersprynt? What will their cars run? Im eventually gonna drop a 3sgte in my car with a turbo mr2 tranny but it'll probably take awhile. I just wanna know what I can expect afterwards. Im gonna try not to get flammed on this site. I've done alot of research and spent hours going through the forums so i think I have a pretty good idea of what I need and how to get everything to work right. I dont like to ask alot of questions but I want to know if its worth it. ![]() |

Kinda wantin to know about front-wheel drive. Since thats what I have. I like all-wheel drive but it kinda has an unfair advantage over rear and front wheel drive. I like front-wheel drive because its kinda the undergog in the racing world. Ive seen pro drag racers run in the 7's in the 1/4 mile. Thats awesome! |

I got the pro car parts gauges for my 94st. They just lay over the factory gauges so i had to glue them in. The problem i have is the wiring. They come with a different dimmer. I have a black wire that i need to ground. Thats not a problem. Theres also a red wire that is the power source. I have no clue where to hook it up. The instructions say not to hook it up to the factory dimmer cause it will burn the gauges out. It says to use the parking lights as a power source. Where would i put the wire. I dont know **** about wiring so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx. |

QUOTE(slipgun @ Feb 13, 2005 - 10:27 AM) if you want components in the front and back you need a 4 channel amp, also its 6 1/2 all around, however you will need to modify the back brackets most likly... maybe screw an extra hole into the front. I had to take a dremmel and smooth out the back and drill new holes to fit my components.... You can get a 5 channel amp and do the whole setup or get two amps yes, or you can get two amps. Alright man, thanks alot. I wasnt for sure. I went to crutchfield.com and put in my vehicle model and everything. It came up as either 6 1/2 or 5 1/4. Thanks for your help. |

What are the speaker sizes for a 94 st coupe? I want to put some rockford component speakers in the front and back, but I'm not for sure what the sizes are. Also could I have a 2-way amp powering my speakers and then a separate amp powering the subs? Just wondering. |
