I just called Toyota to see if they stock it they didn't bother asking me if it was for a manual system or Power windows?! So i don't think it'll matter, but hopefully someone else can confirm this. Btw how much are you asking for it? Shipping to 76567 or 78660 (which ever one is cheaper)? How is the condition of the window? Scratches, tinted etc? |

It just blows to wake up to your neighbour knocking on your door to give you a nice present. oh well, anyone know where i can purchase a driver side window...and roughly how much its going to cost me. How difficult is it to install if i do it myself. My deductable is $250, should I do it myself or have someone install it? thanks for any info. |

I'm in the same situation, except the temp gauge on mine actually went up. it was close to its red line. There was an obvious crack in the radiator, so i welded it up with some JB weld, it held, but the car still over heated for some odd reason. Teh crack was there because there is loads of Rust in the radiator. While im doing this i might as well replace the Thermostat as im sure it is rusted out as well. Anyone know how difficult it is to replace the Thermostat? I think i can replace the radiator just fine, not sure where the thermostat is. |

ok so these are the symptoms: 1. When i take off in first gear and i slowly depress the clutch 9 out of 10 times i hear a pop form under the hood as if something slipped. This Pop is felt in my foot which is on the clutch peddle. 2. I am also having hard time getting into gear when the clutch is fully pressed. 3. I hear no other noises aside from the initial pop when depressing the clutch in first gear. 4. The clutch does not slip as i can accelerate just fine when in gear. So then what are the chances that this is related to Clutch, clutch slave/master cylinder and/or Syncros? Now note that i have yet to change my clutch and i have 198,xxx miles on it. 90% are highway. bought the car when it had 50K. Any suggestion will be helpful. |

QUOTE(gh0st_d0g @ Mar 20, 2005 - 5:22 PM) seems that 150k or below seems to be the general rule. if your engine eats a lot of oil it could make the problem worse tho QUOTE(Digndoug @ Mar 20, 2005 - 8:19 PM) How many miles do you have that you used it? cause I have kinda high milage.. like 142k and im a lil concernd about using it.. but this can only happen if you put seafoam in your oil not inyour throttle body? right? |

QUOTE(Zimluura @ Feb 28, 2005 - 9:53 PM) here's the link http://autolumination.com/194.htm the picture *is* pretty blurry, my first time using a digital camera, and no tripod for it. but in person it's easy to read. it seems like with these LED-194-bulb-fabrications polarity matters. (not sure if it does with regular incandescent bulbs or not). but it's pretty easy to sort out. i'm going to write detailed instructions that account for everything i can think of. so don't get intimidated by the slew of words. this is what i did: make sure to start the project in the afternoon. so that you're finishing it when the sun is down. and make a mental note of the positions of all the 194 bulb sockets. if you have a garage you can probably skip worrying about sunlight. when you plug the 3 wire harnesses back into the guage cluster leave it hanging there, and start up the car to see if all 3 light up. if not, leave the car running and leave the lights on, reach around behind the cluster and take out the first LED cluster that doesn't work. then turn it around (so that the positive and negative terminals are reversed from what they just were) and put it back in, it should light up right away. repeat the process for the others if any area of the cluster looks dark. yeah, worrying about polarity is sorta a pain. but the standard LED benefits are soo worth it: * energy efficiency (lower current draw for more light output) * durability * long life (avg. is like 10 years of continuous use) * The Color!!! so how many total LEDs did u order? |

hmm interesting, i was always under the impression that the cooler the engine runs, the better performance you gain. i mean obviusly not as cold as when you start it up. so what is the Running Temp for the 5sfe? |

i lost mine as well, i didn't think it served much purpose so i never replaced them. So is it worth spending money or it doesn't matter? |

Just like the topic says? Anyone know what it is? Also has anyone tried the RedLines Coolent for the Radiator which says it will drop the temp for up to 20 degrees? I bought it the other day, haven't put it in yet. Just wondering if anyone tried it? |

im assuming or it seems so that the plastic that covers the Gauges is removed after the alteration?? It seems like a dirt haven for those that live in the rural areas. |

I would do that, but from what i know of Ant, as soon as you piss them off, they go Bizerk and just spread out like wildfire. Which would be worse off. Atleast now i know where they are. Stealth is my best offense. Know where the enemy is and attack with silent deadliness. |

How the hell does this happen. Im driving one day and i see like 7-10 ants crawling on the sunroof visor, didn't think much of it so i roll down the window and brush them outside. Then on Sunday i cleaned my car, open my sunroof and stick my head out of it and i notice like 50 ants just crawlin around like its just another day. WTF I wana know what the fuk are they living off of. I heard they ilke warm places but why my car? I don't want to fumigate the whole car cuz i think they are actually living in the body of the car, not inside the car. I saw a small hole where they were coming from.. I could just plug it up. Any suggestions?? |
