As mentioned in the title I am very interested in buying a pair of risers.
Got the GT-Four blocks at the moment but doesn't have the car to mach.

Thanks in advance!

With both ABS and Superstrut suspension. I live in Norway so shipping could be expensive but worth giving it a shot.
Does anybody have a spare drive axle?

Wow, it's been a long time since I posted anything here at all. The last year my Celi has been in my driveway due to rod knocking and it's about time to fix her up.

I know I have to change the engine 8 hour drive from Norway to Sweden to pick it up, but that is all set.
What I DO have a question about, do these parts here fit? (Lefthanded 1994 Celica ST202 with 3SGE (175hp) and Superstrut.

Front CV axle drive shaft with ABS: http://www.rpmgarage.com/new/detail/?tid=24567

If some parts do not fit, could you please point me in the right direction, please. Would mean the world to me to get my Celi up and running before fall!

Waiting for my mechanic to have a look at the engine to give me a verdict of the damage I've done.
The number one most important thing I've learned from this is that the oil light in the dash is not oil level but oil pressure tongue.gif

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've been very busy working etc.

After my car broke down, it will need some repair and I was thinking of buying some aftermarket performance parts for my 3SGE.
I don't have much knowledge about engines overall, so I got a few questions if you don't mind rolleyes.gif

Since I've been driving without sufficient oil pressure, I was thinking to replace it with the 3SGTE pump but does it fit?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Celica-MR2-...E-/370463114435
(I know I mostly should ignore ebay parts, but just throwing it out here)

Next upgrade should be the camshafts. Not sure how to go with the duration and the lift.
Red somewhere that I shouldn't go any further than 270/270° and 10,5mm lift without upgrading to an aftermarket ecu.
While upgrading the cams I need to do the valves, valve springs and valve seals as well. Can I use parts that are made for the GTE model?

Stainless steel exhaust manifold: Found this part at fensport http://www.fensport.co.uk/Parts/Model_14/Category_4/3413
Will it make any difference from the stock one?

Same question with forged pistons (found here: http://realstreetperformance.com/store/cp-...-2-0l-269.html)
As an NA engine it has higher compression ratio than the GTE engine, but the link says it fits for both 3SGE and 3SGTE, so I'm kinda lost here.

Any input will be much appreciated!

As some of you may have seen, I got into some issues with my valve-train, oil pump etc. Read here
I'm now thinking what I have been craving about for a pretty long time now.
I found this 3S-GE Beams engine for a fair price, but is the swap bolt-on with no major modifications?

I think RPM Garage has the front splitters for about 145 dollars.
I bought mine from there! biggrin.gif

Just talked to a friend og mine and he is close to 100% certain that it is one of the valves that is pretty much dead.
When we fired up the engine to hear, I revved it a little and the sound is soooo much worse now.
Hoping to have it fixed soon, but I am short on cash now that I am going on vacation for a week and just resently paid for SS-III splitters, side skirts and paint.

Here is a quick vid I just shot. You can hear the "clicking" noise in the background. Best example at the very last seconds of the video

Well you see, your first problem is when you went 1k over the REDLINE. Does the sound happen with the car in neutral with it being revved?

My redline starts at 7k (3SGE powered <3) tongue.gif But I hear the sound on both neutral/idle and when revving

I just did a small pull in first, hit 7k rpm, jacked it in 2nd and suddenly I hear this weird noise that goes in pace with the rpm. The higher the rpm the louder it gets. I didn't see anything extraordinary under the hood, so I'm really not sure what it can be... Transmission? Clutch? What? frown.gif
Hoping for quick responses from those who got some tips.

You can't be serious... 40.000 dollars for a set of wheels? I could buy that RX-7, sell the wheels and still get a profit! Oh man...
