QUOTE(BeefyT @ Mar 8, 2008 - 5:29 PM) I starved my engine of oil and now i spun my rod bearing ....does anybody know how much or what u have to do to fix it? im putting a new engine in my car because of the same problem. i drove my car with a rod knock for 9 months and i just now parked it, while i come up with some money to make the swap. you could rebuild it but most shops i talked to said it would be cheaper to just have a used engine put in. |

QUOTE(Alex-UKSC @ Mar 3, 2008 - 5:34 AM) yeah 18's have proved to be the best size on my car so far & i'm a big fan of gold or bronze but unsure how they would look on yours. i would have to agree about the bronze or gold. They are my personal prefrence and they might look good on your car but then again the might look not so hot. as far as size, i like smaller wheel sizes like 15" and 16" |

In fact it might be against the law regardless of title status. I think you have to disclose it either way. (in Oregon you do) Just disconnect the cable from the air bag control unit. It's under the armrest. that box under the arm rest (center console) is the control unit and all i have to do is disconnect. |

A while back my air bags were deployed, and other than the obvious fix (taking out the light in the gauge cluster), is there any other way to make the light go out. I'm not planning on having the air bags recharged or anything along those lines. thanks. |

QUOTE(goferris @ Feb 21, 2008 - 11:22 PM) personally i like the red of the stock one best. but that's just my opinion. i do really like your work on front turn signals though. if i had a prefacelift bumper that is the only way to go. I also like the look of the OEM red lens, but thats just me. |

I was thinking about putting a CB radio in my celica and i was wondering if anyone has ever done this before? I hiding it in the glovebox was my first thought but i thought i would ask just in case someone knew of a better idea. Should i actually install one, im pretty sure i would mount the antenna in the rear opposite the FM antenna. |
