What up everybody? Hope all is well. OK, I already did a search and only some questions were answered. I found this site called "Ray Hall's Turboing Charging" which is out in Australia. He took the 7afe block and put a 20v 4age silvertop on it. Then threw a Garrett T25 Turbo on it and the car was at 300 HP!!! This was in a MR2, but I'm sure will be the same in a Celi.

Now, I read about you guys saying that the blacktop is better than the silvertop.
If you guys could checkout the site and then get back to me. That would be great.

Think bout it..... how often does your dad open ya hood????? Mine's tripped about lowering the car but my car is dropped and now I'm getting ready to do the SWAP!!! So dont lose ya faith and be optimistic.

It'll be time consuming doing it yourself and a pain in the A$$! Just take it to a tint place. About $100 and your good to go.

I got Ground Control Coilovers right now. I am probably going to put stock springs back on cuz the bumps in the road are crazy and the coilovers are hard so they dont do much absorbing. I want to be low but wana ride in some comfort. My question is..... Has anyone cut their stock springs b-4? And if yes then how many coils???

What up again? My bad about yesterday. Put it like this, lota crazy stuff went down yesterday. It was wild!!! So my fault if I took it out on you strangers. I was hope'n for some feedback from the post but when I came back online yesterday I didnt see anything, so I flipped. Naw but on a better note. A mechanic let me borrow this magnet extender thing. So my pops and I pulled off the valve cover and started played around with the car and we think we got all the nut out. Well atleast we dont hear it anymore. So we went and bought spark plugs, oil, and a filter. Did it all last night in my garage and now my Celi is run'n clean!!! Then we went to the car wash and that thing is gleaming! This whole time I could of just done that. But everything happens for a reason. So today Ima go to the crib and take some pics and put'em on here so you people can take a look. Again, my fault and I'll holla atcha yall lata. Aite Peace.

Any feedback bout that would be great. Also does anybody stay in FL that has done the 3sgte swap cuz I could use some help from anyone who got experience. Well le'me kno. Holla at me.

I signed up for all the Sport Compact Pro junk too. U got like 12,000 grand sponsor, right? They told me like 2 wks and I'll get the contract and all that sh*t u got now. That was the end of march. Should be coming in soon.

Sorry to tell you but to my knowledge there isn't a tranny that would work with a 7afe and a 3sgte. I gota the same motor and I ben researching for months now. You either use the gt tranny and move motor mounts, v6 camry, or what I'm doing is using the MR2 motor and tranny. According to my friend's dad at Toyota the MR2 motor and tranny will drop right in a celica. Reason being is the celi and MR2 got the same blocks but different heads. It's just going from back to front. Mounts line up, tranny mite need new axles or not? But thats it. Hope I could help out since no1 else said any thing.

The noise is coming from the top. We all think it is in the head! The reason I really want to get this car up to speed is cuz all my boys (and I mean ALL) got Honda's (Me too cars). They talk all the S*** that the celi is nothing. They got gsr's, si's with the works. So I really gota get this car going. But when I was driving with the 50-shot I was eating preludes. Don't know how but all I got is intake and gutted cat with 2 1/4 piping from the cat back. So I have no idea where Im getting the rest of the Hp from????

Stock- 110 hp
Intake- 5 hp ??
Exhaust- ???
115 + ?? + 50= 165 hp
Must be getting 15+ from exhaust. Its crazy

What up everybody? Im a new comer and I gota situation on my hands. I've had my Celi a lil more than a year and now I got a problem I need to deal with IMMEDIATELY!!! Due to certain circumstances my celica ST wont drive. Its a long story. Anyways, I either need to rebuild my motor or swap it out and drop a MR2 in it. If I rebuild Im going all the way. Port and Polish, Valve Job, New Springs, Lifters, Etc. So I already talked to my friend's dad who works at Toyota and he would dothe swap. But no matter what I do I wanna be TURBO! For you to get a better understanding there's a nut in my motor and it'll turn on but shut off after a little bit of running. You can hear it bouncing around and then the noise goes away and then you can hear it again. My boys and I think it's in the valves???? Don't really know. If you guys can throw in your input and help me out I would really appreciate it. Aight 1
