Try this one. Doesnt sound too extreme, but after 4 or 5 of them it gets you bladdered ! 1 Pint of Stella Artois, drink approx half of it. Then get one bottle of Smirnoff ice. Pour that in the Stella. Tastes like cloudy lemonade - ish ! Known in Edinburgh as the "Turbo Andy Shandy" named after me, on account of me drinking them every time i go out ! It gets worse though, i have even heard people asking at bars for a Turbo Andy Shandy, must have started a craze - oops..... Best of luck, and happy birthday.. Andy... |

I will have a search around the GT4OC and see if i can find it for you. Basically it was a complete strip down of the car, to the bare shell, then re built. Not an easy task ! Andy.... |

Just to butt in here, you are taking on a mamoth task doing the 4wd conversion. I have to agree with previous posts, it is not a simple job to do. But if your serious about it and have the time and means to do it - fair play. There is a guy on the GT4OC who did the conversion bout a year ago. Who found it easier to remove the entire floorpan from his 6th gen and replace it with the gt4 floor pan, thus having all the fittings etc for the 4wd. Again though the quality of fabrication and strength is a must. His turned out absolutley brilliant and the photo gallery of the piece by piece of the work showed just how big a job it was. I would take some time to plan your conversion before tackling it. Good luck fella, Andy..... |

Celica Fan : Just read your posts and i must say you are an idiot ! I dated a stripper for five years and she was one of the nicest girls i ever met. AND all of her friends were too. Me thinks you are just a bit jealous - maybe you get none most of the time - hence calling Strippers sluts ! Shallow minded child that you are, grow up and live a little, then come back with a decent reply when you have some experience ! Not all strippers are prostitutes you know, but if thats what you think........... Andy... |

There is nothing wrong with strippers in my book. My ex girlfriend of 5 years was/is a stripper. Perfectly respectable girl but she did it to make money and that was it. It helped her through college and to buy her first flat. Like she said, the guys are there to look but cant touch. I see her often and she is still the same. And i must admit, that it was always good going to where she worked, and seeing all my friends amazed that she was leaving with me - yee ha ! I do know that in certain places some of the girls are pretty rough, but if you go to a decent place you'll see pretty girls dancing which to me isnt offensive in any way. Just my 2p's woth... JDM CELICA : If your looking for good bhp figures you want to do the 3sgte swap. Either from the St205 or the mighty St185 (like mine, can you tell im biased ??) Bear in mind that your going to need to source a gearbox to do the swap, in order to make it fwd, or unless your good with a welder and can fabricate, make it 4wd. You wont be dissapointed either way...... Andy.... |

I have been reading this with some interest to be honest. The drug culture in Scotland is huge. So much so that it is a mission of a Friday night to see what drug you are going to get for the weekend ! So before you have headed out to meet your friends, you have already scored or have arranged a meet to score at some point of the evening. Were not talking about Heroin here. The one everyone looks for is Ecstacy. If you cant get that your looking for Cocaine, GHB or Ketamine. This is a weekly occurance here, you will be lucky if you are out in a club or pub of a night and someone 'doesnt' ask you for pills (E) or Coke ! Just the way it is here. As for Weed, here, thats generally for the morning after the E or Coke, kinda equalises it out as you come down. It's quite scary, but true. Afterparties in houses after the clubs close sees folk taking more Coke or E till well into the next day, then when it begins to wear off, out comes the weed and everyone chills out. I know lots of users and dealers, through most of my life from about 15 onwards i could spot someone on E immediatley, and it's still the same now, although it's just the norm here really. Having been part of the "Club" culture and the "Ibiza" generation i have done most of these. Still im not proud of it and by no means will i condone it. Thing is, if you want to do it you will. Think you will find that Ecstacy is beginning to fade out, pretty sure it will come back but cocaine is definatley taking over from most other drugs, it seems far more available , here anyway, than weed. Ah it's good to see the boys from the GT4OC bringing the madness to this site ! Chutney Ferret = Used as an insult to a guy, either friendly or un-friendly. Meaning a Ring Boy. Chutney looks like sh!t and well some Ring Boys like to do strange things with animals ! Oh incidentally, i just bought me'self a St202 for ripping around in the winter, whilst the 185 is in bits in the garage. Dont feel like so much of an outsider on here now ! Andy... |

As to the 600 bhp 205, im afraid im not believing that at all. If you were going to build a 600bhp monster you would not trust stock pistons and rods. AND 30 + psi on standard pistons - no danger !! As driveby said, check out Fensport.co.uk and you'll see a real 600bhp GT4. Andy... |

Sorry to hear about your freind Jen, thats awful. I understand how you feel, cos a good friend of mine died through much the same kind of accident, a few years ago. I totally agree with you though, why would you drive if you were drinking all night ? I read the post on here you were talking about and thought much the same. In my mind, the person concerned in that post deserved to be locked up and lose their licence - not come on here and brag that they got away with it - fukin idiot ! Well lets hope if they do it again, they meet the cops and get what they deserve. Use your brain for fuks sake, if your pissed you can barely walk, talk or function right, how you gonna drive !? Sounds to me your a bit confused yourself as to what to do, i mean do you want a relationship with this girl or not ? If so go for it, if not dont ! Long didstance relationships can work but on the other hand they can eat you up. Trust me, i just got out of one. Beginning to wish i hadnt got into it to start with ! Fooking quality that. I must say though the wing is a bit OTT, a nice TRD one or even a Supra wing would look damn good on there. Also if it was slammed 40mm it would change the whole appearance of it. Really good work there, hats off to that man. Andy... |

One of the best things to do IS to remove the under bonnet padding. You are suffering from residual heat build up, which on a four is a bad thing. Try to get as much air flow into the engine bay as you can, and let the heat in there disperse. A front mount is the way to go though, it'll solve all your problems with heat build up. Thats what is going into my 185 when it's fully re-built and breathing fire ! A little birdie told me that the Intercooler from an iveco van is the correct size for the ST-205. Available on e-bay for arond £30 uk pounds ! Try and find one cheaper that'll fit, bet you cant !? Good luck, Andy... |

If you like your Celica ST your gonna luv the GT-Four mate. Folk have said the standard set up is quite fast and powerful enough, but wind that boost up and few other minor mods and your gonna have big fun ! The awesome grip on twisty roads, coupled with the power delivery is fantastic. I have said for ages im getting rid of mine, but everytime i take it out on the twisties, i realise why i persevere with it - great. If you can get a good one, go for the four. You wont regret it ! The ecu's are different and the difference in the fuel changes the output's. In Japan they run on 100 ron unleaded fuel, whereas in the UK (for example) we have regular unleaded fuel (95 ron) or Super Unleaded fuel (97 ron). The GT-Four runs far better on the 97 ron fuel. The ecu's vary. In the 185RC, the ecu can run up to 17psi boost without hitting fuel cut, whereas the standard jdm 185 will run 13psi. I presume the ST-205 and the ST-205 WRC run the same principal. But as i'm of the ST-185 brigade, i couldnt tell ya for sure. Andy... |

Ah the joy of living in the uk eh ? Everywhere you look you'll find a GT-Four. Can you not import one yourself to Norway ?? As you are part of the EU ( if i remember correctly) then i would assume there would be the same criteria for importing a GT-Four to Norway, as you would to the UK. Not to piss you off further though, i have another GT-Four (ST 185) on the way here from Japan as we speak ! Total cost of £3,600 to my door ! Andy.... |

I think thats a bit harsh shid. How do you know that she was drunk too ? She maybe did'nt know the guy, who was driving, was drunk ! I know i can hold my drink very well. If im out with friends, people call me the sober one, because all the rest of my friends are falling about pissed and im still ok. There has been times when i have been out for a night out, got home in the early morning and my girl has said, i thought you were drinking tonight, you dont look like you have been !? So maybe the guy who was driving was covering it up well and she did'nt know eh - thought about that one. I think that you'd need to assess all the factors in this situation before maknig a harsh judgement like your last comment ! Oh p.s. i do feel very strongly about this subject (as you may notice) as i lost a dear friend of mine through drunk driving a few years ago. Not his fault, he swerved to avoid a drunk driver heading for him......... Andy.... |

They'll have put the intercooler on the bumper instead of the hood, to stop residual heat build up i presume. It is quite a small intercooler, so it wont disperse heat very well, unless it's properly vented. It's a bit of a mess though eh, you wouldnt see me driving it ! Andy..... |
