I'd like to take it off your hands, but after looking around, I can't find that "center piece" for less than $200.

OEM mudflaps - these are for the front. I have 2 sets, I'll look for the rears and if I find them I'll post them up - $13 shipped for a set

Did you ever find the set of rear flaps?

Well, he got back to me today. Yeah, so that's the guy who is selling it. If it was a hatchback I would have probably taken it, but I'm not a great fan of the coupes. Here was his response to my email for anyone who wants some more info:

QUOTE
1. The car has a clean tittle
2. I did the swap myself. The wiring was done by Michael Coury of Top Shelf Racing. I sent him the 3sgte harness along with my original harness and he worked his magic. NEVER had a problem with wiring, and I give him much credit for that.
3. One thing, that I believe the clutch slave cylinder is going bad, so might need to get replaced.(about $25). Besides that, no mechanical problems. In the past, I had a problem with one of the axels popping out, and my turbo ate ****. Both issues were resolved. A spacer was made for the axel and everything is fine there, and the trubo was rebuilt and upgraded to a .54 trim by Perfomance Techniques in San Bernardino. He told me the turbo was good for up to 20 psi, but to be safe, I keep it at 15psi, and it runs strong.
Exterior : the car is primered, not maybe 2 small dings on the rear quarter panel ( I"m fixing those soon), the rear bumper has a crack that i'm gonna patch up aswell. I removed the high beams a while back and sold them. I wanted more cold air to come into the engine bay. The left side low beam is cracked ( my old man broke it while parking his van, but I'll replace it with another one, or will deduct the price of it from the sale price. The hood is a carbon fiber hood, but I've had it for 4 years and the clear coat is fading. Might need a touch up, or could be painted according to whatever color you want the car painted.
4. I have some pictures, so I'll send you what I have and just ask me if you want others.

The car was black, but is now primered. It's an ST Coupe model. Looks very slick and needs a good home. Here are some of the pics.

Just curious to see if the person selling this Celi was here at 6gc or if anyone knew the person. I've dropped an email for more details and some pics, but we'll see.

ive had nothing but bad luck with any of the parts autozone deals with.
i would recomend buying them right from toyota.

if you want i have a pair of brand new toyota outer tierods i could sell you. PM me if you want them.

Very true! Genuine Toyota parts are always the way to go.

This dealership (which I've ordered from on a few occasions) has the outer tie rods for $33 for an OEM part.
