Anyone seen these before? Are they part of a kit, or custom? Can't seem to find them anywhere...

Replaced both rear calipers, new pads and rotors all around, new front struts and strut mounts. Noticed a tear in drivers side axle boot and a gear oil leak on the same side so tomorrow will be a new axle and axle seal, along with splicing on a new alternator plug and a coolant flush. "280,000 maintenance" haha

How is he going to hold it when youre going 80 mph

LOL. Might be able to pay him to lay on the hatch and hold it wink.gif

The kicker is, that's the stock 3 post spoiler.. just upside down and backwards.

Here's one with him edited out

With some custom shaping, it should flow quite nice...
My little brother is begging me to do it. Thoughts?

Is that shift knob the typical vinyl knob or the leather-wrapped OEM?

I believe its the leather one, I'll have to check.

Replaced the blown rear struts and strut mounts, eliminated the 3rd outer rear red lights on the tails, and an oil change.

Had some water leak into the sunroof the other day while it was raining and the water messed up the sunroof controls. It can still be slid open and closed, but not tilted up or down frown.gif

Valve seals in the near future as its shooting smoke on a cold start.

Unrelated note, I'm getting a Ford 8.8 solid rear axle for the rx7 soon smile.gif smile.gif

Pulled off the pass rear strut a couple days ago to see what the noise was and it was the top of the strut mount contacting the body of the car.
New strut mount did not fix the issue.
What the hell would cause this?

I'm assuming the solution is to beat in the part of the body that's making contact with the strut mount?? laugh.gif

i'll fold and possibly buy a GT4 spoiler since its impossible to find the TRD kindasad.gif

but just to confirm, both the hiro and the trd bolt right up to the stock spoiler holes on the 2-post hatch, right?

Hello 6gc, newer member here. This is my first post, here it goes:

I've decided I want a different spoiler so this is what I'm thinking.

I've got a 97 with the stock 3-post. I'm buying a 94 parts car tomorrow as the donor for a 2-post hatch so no body work is necessary. (same color and all biggrin.gif )
I'm going to then remove the stock 2-post.
TRD and Hiro's are hard to come by in good shape or without costing an arm and leg.
I've done some looking around and the Extreme Dimensions Duraflex TD3000 spoiler looks like it's very similar to the TRD and Hiro, and will only cost about $200 shipped.

My question is if anyone has bought this spoiler or knows if the fitment lines up with the stock spoiler holes?
As far as I know, the TRD and Hiro bolt right up to the 2-post holes, but I'm not sure if this one will.

Any advice, insight, or opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Glad to finally be here guys!

Btw this is what it looks like:
