It's really not that bad. I just drive around with the cloth screen open so it's not too bad. I'm 6'3" and I fit in there without a problem. You know you want to. Yeah, I really do. But I don't fit. I don't know, maybe something was wrong with the seat lowering knob on the one I sat in. I'm pretty sure it was as low as it goes and the seat didnt have anything modified on it to sit higher. Maybe I should make a post asking if anyone will let me sit in their car to see if I hit my head. And I'm 6-1 so whats up with that? I would totally buy it cash, but it has a sunroof. The frame thickens the ceiling and decreases the headroom. I went all the way to Seatle from Northern Cali to find that I don't fit in the sun roof models. |

Ohio is too far. Do they salt the roads in Ohio? I've heard about people "oiling" the bottoms of their cars in eastern US. Gets kind of messy. Thanks for the response. Also, $5000 is way too much for a salvage especially with 160k on it. I can get a clean title GT in Portland w/ 167k for $3995 and that's at a dealership. |

I was making room for the fake tree in the garage when I found the intake from my '95 Celica GT. My Celica is long gone with it's new owner somewhere in Oregon. It was in great condition with only 65,000 miles on it. I used to have some pictures of it on this site but I guess they have been deleted. You might remember it, it was black with 2 centered wide silver stripes and chrome wheels. So anyways, I don't remember exactly how it goes together but the parts are the two halves of the filter box, the filter, the plastic pipe, and the little connection box thing that went in the fender well. I even have the bolts for it. FREE to whomever wants it, just pay for shipping. Otherwise I'm just going to throw it away. Email me at drspiffness@yahoo.com because I'm not going to actively persue this thread or anything. I can take pictures of it if anyone is interested. |

Sounds like a plan. I'll stay and put some new picks up. I don't think they couple in Oregon would be interested in the site. They didn't seem like internet people and they were about 45-50 years old. I actually feel really bad for selling it to her because I always laughed at all the old women that drive 6G Celicas around here. I know of about 8 of them. 6 are owned by women and 5 of the women are older than 40. I noticed that alot of the people that want a celica are just sick of their old corolas and want something spunkier. Now I'm just rambling bored, Later people |

I just wanted to thank everyone. I learned a lot from this site and its contributors. Mostly I was looking up information for a 3sgte swap. Right before I decided to go through with it, I decided just to get a turbo'd car. I bought a 1991 MR2 Turbo for $5000. Roughly the same amount as the engine swap. I just sold my Celica today to a couple in Oregon. If a moderator reads this, please delete my profile. You are more than welcome to use my photo's for any purpose. |

Do to unpopular demand my car is now $7000! This car stock w/ 64k is two bens shy of $6000. The paint job alone is $3000+. This car is worth every penny. I am in no hurry to sell this car. I just bought a 1991 MR2 Turbo that supposively had a blown head gasket. As it turns out, the head isn't blown and im getting 185psi in every cylinder. So instead of selling the celica to fix the Mr2, I have the option to keep both. I'm gonna keep the FS sign in it though. Feel free to check out my car on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMESE%3AIT |
