i have 5% on the back 3 and i love it, you can see out but not in at all, ideal if you have amp/sub in the back. had 25% on the front 2 and it was good, could still see in but still dark enough to provide the mystery/privacy. |

QUOTE(bindertch @ May 25, 2007 - 6:09 AM) What gear or gears? If it is in all gears no matter what speed then your input bearing on your trans is out. all gears but have to be over 3500ish rpm |

my car is making a wierd noise. when i first turn it on in the morn, idles around 1800 for a few min, then when i drive, if its over 3500ish rpm, my car makes a high pitched whine/squeel. me and my mechanic friend looked at it but we couldnt figure out what it was without taking anything apart. anybody have any idea? oh and it appears that it has to be in gear for the whine/squeel to happen. if its in neutral or if the clutch is it, it doesnt make the noise. thanks |

Take one out and you should be fine. I still have both though. No CEL's. If you have an aftermarket exhaust manifold then you will need to weld on a new bung for the second sensor. More info here clicky. Read step 10. yeah so my understanding if you have 2 sensors in the header, u should be ok. now the place i was gonna get to do it was saying mandrel is about twice the price, does it make that much of a difference? or just nicer looking? if i go crush, i have to go bigger piping, correct? |

no, didnt do the camber kit, i recalled reading that since i wasnt lowering it too much, didnt really need it, and he wanted to mess with the front. i did the install so while it was my first time doing it, i am fairly confident it was done properly, had the how-to and had a mechanic friend who has done it before help me. the car doesnt pull to one side or anything so i think its alright, but im gonna go to a proper alignment shop just incase, pay to do it twice but at least i know it will be done right. |
