either you will have to weld it to the frame or be bolted, but being bolted is something i don't know if that would be considered, because your going to loose structural integrity in the frame, you will have to sleeve the frame of reinforce it, what i meant in no majorfabrication was you wouldn't have to construct a sub frame your self! |

i want to develop a sub frame using CAD im planning on designing it so that you could put the conversion in the GT or ST without any major fabrication, is this of interest to anyone? |

i've been looking to do the conversion, i know how to align it and im a fabricator already, it wouldn't be any trouble for me to build a sub frame or construct something for the rear end, i've just been hearing stories like the floor pan in the gt4 is too high compared to the st204, tell me what you've heard or know? and PLz don't just tell me to just go buy the gt-4, its not the gt-4 part that i am really interested in, its fabricating it and making it work that i get my jollies from, so just let me know what you know. |

there is a marking on the timing gear and the block. the crucial pullys all have them, crank, cam, water pump ect. when the marks on the pulleys and the block are lined up the time is pretty well syncronized, and when your cuzin advanced the timing all he did was set the mark on the pully off from the mark on the block, all he is doing is changing the time that the valves in the head open and close. |

i just ordered a whole new axle, it was only 70 bucks from carquest, i had changed my rims and found out that the cv boot was tore, but i wasn't sure how long it had been like that, so i don't feel like checking everything out, they just need my old core and i pay the 70 and got the whole new thing, anyways if your boot does finally wear out, then you might as well just by the axle because you'll probably need one of those soon |

too long, you would have to move you battery, somewhere to the back, preferably, by the looks i doubt it would work, you would have to remove the thicker piece as though it looks, You thought of this idea know what that means?! you can be the first to trie, or spend 70 bucks and go by a power rage intake kit from your local car parts store, and have fun with that. it comes with all different angles and everything its like a fun little puzzle. You could make and whole intake to go all the way around your engine bay, if you wanted!! |
