u forgot the 2 screws at the bottom of the panel, which is why you atleast need to remove the lower portion of the seat

Thanks any information about how to pull the rear seat out? I tried and there must be a trick to it because i can't get it to budge

I am getting ready to install new speakers in the rear panels of my car (98 covertible). I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the side panels off that cover the speakers. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Do I have to take the seats out? I can only find one screw near the seatbelt harness but I can't believe that just one screw holds that entire cover in. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
