Hello, I am pretty sure the buzzer is located on the underside of the dash, around the steering column somewhere, sorry I can't be more specific. For thew wiring diagram, have a look on http://www.celicatech.com/imagearchive/bgb...95ewd/95ewd.htm and you can download the manual. HTH Nathan |

When I first got my GT4 I didn't realise it had the extra setting and I thought my heater was broken as cold air was coming in, then I noticed the symbols Nathan |

A few of the guys in the UK have Blitz exhausts which are very loud at high revs, luckily they come with a baffler you can put it to make it quieter. A better muffler would probably be the best option but I am guessing that the sound deadening is cheaper than a new muffler? if it is then give it a go, it wont do any harm, I suspect you would need to do more than the boot (trunk) to get rid of it totally but that should make it a bit quieter. Are you sure the exhaust isn't blowing? it is strange that it is quieter if you sit further back?????? HTH Nathan |

Us GT4ers are stuck for manuals, the closest you get is the Chiltons one, I know for sure there is one for the 5th gen but not too sure about 6th, you need to try and get hold of the big green book or BGB, do a search on Google or similar and type Celica BGB and you should be able to download them, this is Toyota's workshop manual. There are 3 books in total, I have 2 of them and the 3rd is nowhere to be found in cyberspace HTH Nathan |

Sorry, I thought you mean that you had some rust on the body, as others have said, don't worry about rust on your discs, it's purely cosmetic and not gonna do any harm if you use the car, only if it is sitting for years would that be a problem. Nathan |

I get about 17-25, the best I had was 25 but that was on a motorway doing about 70 for a few miles, I normally average about 18 though, I have a very heavy right foot and boost at 1.1 bar all the time At 70 in 5th I am at 3k rpm but 70 is very boring, 140 at 6ish k is fun. Nathan |

If you have rust then yes you need to do something about it or it will spread, I am not aware of rust problems on the 6g in the UK and our weather/roads are crap. It might point to a bad repair/spray job at some point. You need to stop it before it gets any worse. HTH Nathan |

I got a scanned page from the Chiltons manual and it looks like it's the mechanism that needs adjusting, it would seem that I was adjusting the wrong bit Thanks Nathan |

Hello, I recently had to replace my window regulator, which I did through use of a guide on here (very useful) however, the window now seems to sit too high and is catching on the rubber on the door whenever I close the door unless I push the window to close it then it is ok so it doesn't need a lot of adjustment. I tried adjusting it for about 2 hours yesterday with no luck as it is still the same, is there a special way to line the window up or does anyone know if the regulator can be adjusted at all? Any help/advice is appreciated. Thank You Nathan |

Hello, The window regulator (the bit with the cable, not the motor) has gone on the drivers side of my GT4, I have asked on a couple of forums how to change it and it appears that I am the only person in the UK that this has happened to (my parts guy said he has never had to order one of these before ) so as a last chance I am asking you guys in the US if you have ever had to change the cable bit on your electric windows? if so can you tell me how to do it or point me in the right direction of a guide please? I wait with my fingers crossed. Any help appreciated Thank You Nathan |

I take it that none of you guys that have done the 3s-GTE swap suffer from boost creep with the 3" exhausts? in the UK if we use the standard ct20 on a 3" system we normally get boost creep, it might be down to us having 99 ron fuel. It happened to me the other day and went up to 21.4 PSI then I hit fuel cut and spat a big flame out of the back I think the 2 solutions to this problem is either to fit an external wastegate or a restrictor plate in the exhaust to increase backpressure slightly so the wastegate can work better. When I used to work in a bodyshop, we would not guarantee rust removal unless a new panel was fitted as it is notoriously hard to get rid of permanently, good luck but in the UK I suspect you wouldn't get the rust under warranty. Nathan |

Have a look on www.fensport.co.uk they are the gods of 3SGTE tuning, TRD do some very good fast road pads & discs, this is quite a common upgrade in the UK. Nathan |

You guys have very low octane ratings, I put 99 ron in mine normally or at the least 98. There are some good points to living in the UK after all our lowest octane rated fuel is 95 ron. Nathan |

If only you lived in the UK, you can now get a 6th gen JDM GT4 for about £5500 ($10,000 ish) unfortunately we are getting lots of them being imported from Japan which has brought the prices right down, hopefully some will start getting wrecked to bring the values up again (I live in hope ) Nathan |

My mate went (turbojon) and I couldn't remember what time he said he got but I think it was 9 something and his isn't too far from standard (similar mods to me) which is why I said 10 as I didn't want to sound like a knobhead Cheers Nathan |

Yep, it's 13 miles and you can get different tickets I think it is about 4 euro's for just one lap. It is an amazing track but there is very little run-off so if you mess up you REALLY mess up, lots of people are killed there every year. As it's a public road you get coaches driving round there too A quick lap time in a GT4 is about 10 minutes so you can imagine how testing it is. Nathan |

Living in the UK we don't hear about all the stuff that happens with you guys but it is certainly shocking to see the violent crime rates in the US (not sure about Canada) do you not think the US ones have something to do with guns being legal? they aren't in the UK and our gun crime is low but rising. It is very worrying that the world is changing like this and there is so little value put on a life. In the UK you would get probably 25 years for armed robbery but maybe 10 for murder which is a f**king joke. Nathan |
