go to Parts Database... then select performance, then hit filter... and if not look up the how-tos for turbos and swaps... plenty of power in that... not gonna find much more informative sites then 6GC... at least from my experience. |

I had this happen to my old eclipse.. its deffinatly ur starter... i used to tap it with a wrench so it would grab when the starter spun. go to a junk yard and pull one for cheap... or if worst comes to worse... buy one new for like 150 |

So i was over my ex girlfriends house yesterday... just chillin outside when her grandfather coems outside and asks me if i knew anyone that would be interested in low profile tires... i of course said YEAH. He leads me to behing the shed where there are 6, 17 inch rims with tires. i asked him how much he said 5 bux a pop. i obviously quickly purchased them. threw them in my car then drove home... Got home to find that they were 5 120 bolt pattern... not the 5 100 as seen on our celicas; or at least mine.... such a disappointment. so now i have 6 17 inch rims and tires with nothing to put them on. so i shall sell them... point of the story is... they are in good condition with no wear on the tires and would have looked great on the celi but now i must pass them up. there are 4 maxxim 17" and 2 oz racing f-1 17" both with tires already on them. pics below... these are local pick up only thats the main reason why this isnt in the fs section of the forums |

k i c. does it matter that the other hole on my intake is open? (its custom) should i close it?
yeah ya should. the reason theres a filter there is so that junk wont pulled into the intake manifold. having a hole kinda defeats the purpose |

"The Nude Scene: Aniston didn’t panic over the scene although she admits it was the one of the few times she ever watched the dailies. “Luckily I had been hitting the gym before that already,” said Aniston. “No, you don’t panic about your physical shape. You panic that you just need to be naked, period.” And just for the record, it’s all Aniston in the film. She didn’t use a body double. “No, I definitely didn’t. The problem is because the way it was shot, it was so specifically me. They wanted to make it a tricky camera so you saw the face and then you go to the back. It was hard to cut, unless you did it. You don’t want to do a butt double really. That’s iffy." Ill go see it. haha |

QUOTE(nate95 @ Jun 1, 2006 - 8:05 PM) iam in the process of turboing my ST, but in my opinoin, if you have the money and its not a problem for you then do the 4agze swap. how ever if you'll be happy with your ST running between 6-10psi then i'd turbo it, it will make it a totaly different car, and turboing it will be ALOT cheaper than a swap espicaly if your doing the work your self. i just put together a turbo kit for around $900. if you could maybe let me know where u got some of this stuff itd be much appreciated |

So, I've got a Celi ST... and its just not cutting it power wise... Which would be easier/more cost effective... Turbo charging it to a nice safe 8 psi on stock internals or doing a 4agze swap, I'll be doing all the work myself so labor prices wouldnt be something i need to consider... I'm mostly looking for info from people who have done a 4agze swap... I looked over this site quite a bit but couldnt find much on that... any input ont he subject would be great... thanx. |
