I bought 2 2.0 Farrad caps for my set-up in a previous car, but was runing 2 1800 Amps for two competition subs, basically for every 300-500 watts of power you need .5 of a farrad, the trick is to meet this requirement and will help.. I get a lot of my stuff from caraudiosecurity.com, although im in the UK so might be easier for me.. Dont forget you can run caps in parallel, not in series, to get them working together and pulling off both.. Alternatively if they was draining that much try a yellow top optima battery or the likes in addition to your one in place.. it depends on how far your going to take you ICE for the investment |

Was reading this months max power to find an big spread on a 7GC with a GT4 lump in it, running at over 650bhp, and boosting at 2.2 bar... The cars been designed and made in the uk by Fensport who had a famous Corolla but thought the Celica was the next big thing for draging, although it was road legal for the test.. It looks great with carbon trim, currently running under 11 secs for a 1/4 mile however they reckon that when it comes to the run day they'll get it down to 8's or low 9's.. Check it out in the mag, its not on the site yet |

Not very powerful mate try to have a look for a pair of Renegades or Vibes, they take a beating you need a higher RMS to get better quality at louder sounds.. Or you could get them and probably blow the voice coils.. or cones.. whats the RMS output from your head unit?? |

Just be careful when you reconnect it, otherwise it might burn out with the current |

I put a Remus back box on.. dead easy to do then had a pipe made up for me.. Sounds nice to the car not to fake and certainly not as if the air is being forced, you hear a nice burble with it really opening out above 4 thous rpm.. |

Have a look on caraudiosecurity.com some really good deals.. dont all my cars though them.. best ones to look at for value of money is the crunch brand or the renegade I have Crunch 1400w doing my trebble on a set of 6 x 9 and 6 x 8 and a Renagade 2000w doing two competition Pioneer subs.. but the built in fans aare a life saver.. Delivery is near enough within 48 hours to me in the Channel Islands so a good repsonse... |
