6G Celicas Forums

Well, unfortunately after totaling my 97 ST, I was not able to find a celica that I would feel comfortable investing in. Most people simply wanted too much for the celica, or it was already sold. So I decided to go with a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T Convertible. ExSane and myself looked forever for celis, but no luck. So I guess I have no choice but to move on because I needed a vehicle desperately. So everyone take care and enjoy your celis!

A college doesn't directly represent your car... a 6GC.net sticker does.

I think he is just watching out for 6GC.net. Reputation of 6GC is something that I'm sure people take pride in being part of. I haven't been in 6GC for that long, however if I were to have the 6GC sticker on my celi, I would not want someone looking at my car and the sticker and think that 6GC is full of erratic asshole drivers.

I dont think this post was made to point anyone out in particular, as much as to provide outlook over 6GC itself to keep a positive reputation throughout all drivers.

Correct me if i'm wrong.... Dont take this post seriously enough as to critique any specific driver, just remember that when you have the sticker on your car, you're representing 6GC.

So... I won't be able to attend the meet.

While driving back to Florida from Massachusetts, my brakes decided to give out.

I crashed my 97 ST and I'm pretty sure its totalled. I will know Monday.

Pretty much really pissed off.

If anyone wants me to make them one with their paint job, let me know... I get bored from time to time.

It's in vector, so it can be blown up as big as you want without any problems....

So yeah... I was driving around today and saw 2x celi's and I keep getting curious if they're 6gc people haha. I need to get myself a 6gc sticker so y'all can recognize me I drive a silver '97 ST w/ BBS rims, reflect tint, and a green sticker on the back... so if you see me around the Winter Park/ Altamonte area, SAY HELLO! lol

I'm in.. I'm 18 - so no "legal" drinking for me. lol. But yeah... this would be my first meet.
I've got a '97 ST... so I would pretty much embarrass myself on the drag strip... but I'd definitely love to come see your cars and get some ideas of way to modify my celi. My car is pretty much all stock... so yeah... the drag strip should definitely be a spectator sport for me haha.

Anyways... I live in Winter Park and don't know my way around at all... is there anyone that would maybe meet up with me and let me follow them maybe? I swear I couldn't find my way out of a paper bag. lol.

Hey guys, I just purchased a 1997 Celica ST. It's got 120k miles on it, only had one owner. The body is in perfect condition and I am looking forward to doing some modifications to it. I'm 18, and to be honest, I don't know too much about modifying anything in cars. I usually just let my friends do it... hehe. But I'd like to start doing some things on my own and such. Before this car, I had a '94 Civic which I did some minor customizing to.. but nothing too serious. With this car, I'd like to make at least one major customization a month. I figured I would get on the forums asap and see what I can do with this Celica. So any recommendations as to what I should do first would be awesome!

As far as right now, the car is completely stock except the following, which I have done to it already:

- 17" BBS rims
- Two 12" Elemental Design Subs (In custom box in trunk)
- Two 8" JL Audio Subs (In doors)
- Pioneer Premier Deck

That's about it guys... so anyone that lives around Orlando that wants to help me out once I start getting this car going, just let me know!
