TVIS spacer and TVIS actuator are sold.

Also, I tested the EGR valve and the throttle bodies.
TPS sensors are good per the BGB checkout procedure [1 was out of adjustment, I adjusted it to spec].
ISC valve works per BGB checkout procedure, is a little dirty.
Pics below of the EGR valve. You can see the diaphragm holds vacuum and the pintle moves up and down.
First picture is of the vacuum pump holding pressure on the diaphragm.
Second pic is of the pintle being pulled up by the diaphragm.
Third is of the pintle back on it's seat.

I just dug up a whole pile of factory repair manuals I had forgotten I had. I don't need them all, so here they are.
They are all in good condition, except where noted otherwise. No ripped pages, covers relatively uncreased, ect.
I am more than happy to take more pictures of something specific if someone needs it.
All prices DO NOT include shipping. I need your zip code so I can check shipping.
Some of these are being sold as a set. I will only break up sets if I have buyers for all books in the set.

1990 Celica Alltrac set. The wiring manual covers the entire car; the repair manual is a supplement to the regular manual. It only contains info different from the regular manual [EG the rear taillights aren't covered]. $40
Wiring manuals for 90, 94 and 95 FWD Celica. $20 each
Wiring manual for an 87 FWD Celica. One or more of the rear pullouts is creased/partially hanging out. $10

Wiring manuals for 92, 93 and 94 MR2. The 94 is in a little worse shape. The cover is slightly dirty and there's a ~ 2" tear in the center edge of the rear cover. 92/93 $20 each. 94 $18
91 Celica repair manual V1 only. Covers all 4 models. I THINK I have the wiring manual for this also, if I do I will sell as a set and the price will change. $30
92 Celica repair manuals V1 and 2. Covers all 4 models. I THINK I have the wiring manual for these also, if I do I will sell as a set and the price will change. $45

88 Celica repair manuals. 2 Volumes; regular manual covering FWD models and the Alltrac supplement. The FWD manual back cover is in basically the same shape as the front. I THINK I have the wiring manual for these also, if I do I will sell as a set and the price will change. $30

USDM head with EGR. If you need/want to pass smog you need a head with EGR. This came off my wrecked 93, no mods, drove easy. It was my first Alltrac. Had ~ 160K on it. You can see from the pictures the engine was running fine [no blown head gasket, all cylinders the same, ect].
Head is unmachined. Sealing surface is flat [I checked myself with a flat edge; I'm an ASE Master Tech, so I know how to check it correctly smile.gif ]. Has valves, springs, ect & Camshafts.
The 2 "extra" exhaust manifold studs are broken off [pre revision and early post revision heads all had 7 bolt exhaust manifolds, late post revision had 9 bolt manifolds]. You can run it as is with a 7 bolt manifold or drill out the studs for the 9 bolt.
$150 + shipping

I've got a bunch of spare parts from some of my engines. These all came from good running Alltracs [I wreck whole cars, not engines tongue.gif]; everything is in good working order. Most of these will fit MR2s as well, IIRC a few things may be different, so please confirm before you buy. All prices are OBO and do not include shipping; shipping will be whatever it costs me.
Any questions please post, I'm happy to answer them. And I'll need your zip for a shipping quote. More/better pictures available upon request.

Whole bunch of random parts. Including crank gear, cam gears [these are slightly adjustable from the factory, there are 3 holes the alignment pin can go in and each changes timing roughly 2*. More info in the repair manual], coolant lines, vacuum lines, inner timing belt covers, lower flywheel cover, coolant elbow [no sensors, is different from the MR2 one], oil pickup, TVIS VSV/vacuum tank, turbo VSV, alternator cooling elbow, intake manifold stays, 2 clutch slave cylinder hard lines [won't fit MR2, should also fit FWD 5th gen Celicas], throttle body support [only fits certain years], coil bracket, igniter bracket..
$5 each. This stuff isn't going to stay around long. If it doesn't sell it's going in my scrap pile.

More stuff. An EGR valve and tube, 2 fuel rails with 440cc injectors [1 has the cold start hose and union bolt for the return line, the other doesn't. Other than that they're the same; both have factory FPR], distributor, complete oil cooler, oil dipstick and tube [these are discontinued by Toyota and are different than the MR2 ones], TVIS setup [missing 2 screws that hold the actuator to the plates, also missing 1 screw in one of the butterfly plates], TVIS removal plate [ TVIS with rods/butterfly plates removed and holes welded shut. This was on my 93 when I bought it, welds are good with no leaks], 2 throttle bodies [1 JDM pre revision, 1 USDM post revision. JDM has slightly different vacuum port for EVAP, post revision has a throttle opener. JDM has no ISC valve].
Throttle bodies JDM $25, USDM $35.
Oil dipstick and tube $8 each.
Good EGR $25.
Everything else $20 each.

Oil pan. Bottom is a little scrached/dented. Drain hole threads are good. Great for a 5SFTE.
$35

I've got to get rid of more of my spare parts, so this is your chance to snap them up. smile.gif
Prices don't include shipping.
If you need closer/better pictures of something, feel free to ask.
I'll do my best to ship in flat rate boxes [if that's cheapest], and shipping can obviously be combined.
Paypal is fine, or you can mail me a check/MO.
If you're interested in something I wouldn't suggest waiting around on it, they're not going to be on here for that long.

Gen II.
2 transmission lower covers. $10 each.
Plate between engine and transmission. $14
2 inner timing belt covers. $20 each
2 outer upper timing belt covers. None of the holes are broken. On one the plastic is in a little worse shape. Better one $35, other $25.

Inner REAR fender liner for L side, covers the gas tank fill tube. Fits 90-91 only. $30
Engine oil dipstick, end has blue silicone tubing over it. $8
2 alternator cooling ducts. $10 each
Shifter base. $10
92/93 stock shifter [shorter than 90/91]. $20
US spec intake manifold, has port for EGR. Perfect if you need your swap to pass emissions. One of the bolt holes for the TB the threads are damaged, it can definitely be helicoiled. $40

Set of red Samco silicone radiator hoses. Dirty but in great shape, no rips/tears. $30
IC coupler for TB to air to air IC, no rips/tears. $10
2 turbo to IC couplers, both soft, no rips/tears. $10 each
Regular AFM, works fine, un modded/un touched. $45
Pwr steering pump bracket, no rust/almost no rust. $10
Alternator bracket for 7 BOLT MANIFOLD ONLY! Will not work with 9 bolt manifold. No rust/almost no rust. $10
Intake tubing. I don't have any lower elbows, only upper and the metal elbow.
1 upper elbow + metal elbow + Vacuum line. $10
1 upper elbow + metal elbow. $9
1 upper elbow. $7
1 metal elbow. $5
Plastic clips for front of USDM 185 bumper cover. Can't find the Toyota P#. $5

185 Plastic gas tank cover. Has multiple cracks in the plastic but will still go on vehicle fine. $25

205 Stuff.
Flexible trans cooler oil line. From trans to under radiator only. $20
Lower radiator hose + clamps. Still flexible, no rips/tears. $7
L & R OUTER tie rods + castle nuts. Boots in good shape. $20 each
Intake tube. Not sure if it's 100% of the intake tubing or not. No rips/tears. $20
Front speed sensor. Wire is cut, don't remember which side it is. $5
Passenger side front CV shaft. Missing outer joint. Has good inner joint and outer boot. $20

I've got an ST185 one.
Well, I'll have to check how many spares I have.
It's the same as the 205 except the dust shield for the brake rotor is slightly smaller and the centric in the center of the hub is slightly smaller.

If you want me to check let me know.

A VPC gets rid of the AFM; it converts a MAP signal to the AFM signal the ECU needs.
IIRC a gen IV 3S fuel rail won't fit a gen II engine. Just get a set of ST205 or 2JZGTE injectors, they bolt right in.

And if for some reason you don't have your VIN or they can't pull up the 4 digit code for the key, it's also on the PASSENGER door key cylinder.
You'll have to remove it to see the code, but it's cut into the side or end of the cylinder.

IIRC the one for the ECU is a 2 wire, the one for the temp gauge is single wire.

It's not just not passing emissions, it's not OBDII at all.

I don't understand what the problem is? You need to get a state inspection? Is your CEL on?

Whoever told you an OBDII scanner can read OBDI codes is completely wrong, unless the code reader is specifically designed to also read OBDI.
Also, by federal law you cannot go backwards with your emissions parts, but you can go forwards. So you're not supposed to swap a 94 ECU into a 96, but you can swap a 97 ECU into a 96.

Also, if your car is OBDII and part of the inspection is hooking up the inspection machine to your OBDII port, you can't swap to OBDI and pass the inspection. If they just do a visual it's still illegal, but they may not notice.

Most likely the wiring to the chassis is different. All it would take is one or two for it to not start.

You'll also probably get a CEL if you do get it running, because the chassis isn't set up for OBDII.
You should be able to modify it so it will work though.

Just to clarify; I'm not trying to be a jerk, it's a pretty cool idea and it's great to be able to see what's going on.
I wanted to clear up the obvious confusion about OBDII.
