stiffer sway bars will take care of body roll. lowering springs/shocks are your best bet. kyb's are okay, better are agx's or tokiko, even better are koni yellow. eibach prokits drop 1" i think, tein goes 1.5" fr, 0.5" rr. |

stick with springs, unless you plan to track the car and get some sort of custom corner balancing. coilovers are overkill for a regular street app. |

change your springs. you messed them up by cutting them. and like ^^^ you'll need new shocks. |

i got it from the bottom, but now am unsure if i took out the right part. are there two valves on it? reason why i ask is i ordered the VSV from toyota, they gave me the part from a camry 5sfe, and it didn't match. the one on mine is blue valve/red valve on one bracket. fyi my car is cali-spec so i don't know if emission parts are different. thanks for all the help. |

QUOTE(celi_gt_racer @ Sep 21, 2006 - 4:46 PM) you mean to tell me that you would gain no horsepower.... even by regaining what you lost w/ parasitic belt drives to the air conditioning? i dont get it? i would expect a small gain parasitic losses are only caused when the AC is on. weight loss would equal > in hp/weight ratio, but at the cost of no AC. |
