QUOTE(IcemanTK @ Jan 31, 2005 - 4:20 PM) Check this if you ask me.... wayyyy to expensive...... it does looke very clean but for a 94 with that many miles and such seems very high..... Could just be the location but i dont know the area. so ENLIGHTEN me .... Autotrader Celi I'm on the hunt for Celicas, and being at a prestigious dealer, that's where I've seen most of them around. Private sellers are much more reasonably priced. |

I'll be up for it when I finally get my Celi. Where exactly is it? I so can't wait to get rid of my stupid Honda and get back into a Celica, and would love to bring it out to show off! |

way too pricey! i understand it's a dealership and they raise them a little, and lots of ppl will buy it just because it looks like it's from Fast and the Furious or something, but still. For a Celica enthusiast, no way. |

Hey, I am looking for a 6th generation Celica, GT or ST. My old one was wrecked due to a drunk driver a few years ago, and through the cars I've gone through I really miss my Celica. To be honest, I'm a little picky but I'm patient, I don't really need a car right now. I'm looking for a 5-speed hatch that's in decent shape (not perfect), under 90k, sunroof, cloth interior, and preferably close to stock but I'm not too picky about that. I currently have a 95 Prelude Special Edition if anyone wants some sort of trade, but I also have cash. ~Brian |

hey...word of advice DON'T buy a Prelude...I got one after my Celica was totaled and I miss my Celica so much. Yes the Prelude is faster but it is nowhere near as durable and fun to drive as the Celica was. The Celica could take a hell of a beating as to my Prelude seems barely drive a gravel road (Celica maxed out on gravel) So yeah...my 2 cents worth |

well the ST part is ok, I had a 94 ST and it was awesome, I would definitely get one again but a GT is still better |

it's not going because it's AUTOMATIC yuck...and btw coupes are ugly in my opinion, plus I'm biased bc I had a hatchback. Plus I live in Kansas so sorry I'm not local. |

yeah I know Toyotas will run and run, my friend had an 89 Tacoma with 165k on it and we couldn't get it to die even with no oil (his dad was gonna buy him a new car when the truck died). I think I'll call on the Celica tomorrow and try to take a look at it, and if it's in good shape then take it to my mechanic, and if it's a piece...then screw them I can find another one. |

Hey everyone, I found a 96 GT for sale today that sounds pretty nice but I'm reluctant to call on it bc it has 135k miles. I know toyotas will run and run, but could this be a good car for the next 5 years of college? What kind of maintainence will it need? ~Brian |

Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy another Celica after mine got hit. Lookin for a hatchback, and it must have a 5-speed. ST or GT doesn't matter too much to me, but I would very much prefer a sunroof and power windows/locks. Under 100k miles would also be good. I know I sound a little picky but I'm looking for a car that will last me for at least 5 years of college ahead of me. If you're selling one or know of one for sale please let me know! Thanks! ~Brian |
