Quick questions guys.
Can I use a 3rd gen 3sgte ignitor to run my 5sfte motor?
Having abit of ignition problems. Cars keeps cutting off at 5000rpm.
Running haltech ps1000 standalone.
Also installed the newer 5sfe oil pump for the crank sensor. Planning to run ls2 coils.

Just in the process of buying injectors and fuel pump to use e85.
Found these injectors for the 5sfe on eBay :

Can anyone confirm that they will fit?
Also will a walbro 255 pump be able run e85.
Looking for 350-400hp.

Do I need to change any fuel lines? I research done say yes and some no.

hi guys, sorry i know there is already a write up on the oil filter relocation, but i cant seem to find it.
anyway can anyone tell me what thread size the 5sfe Oil Filter has and the fitting for the block?
i plan to turbo the 5sfe so i will need to relocate the oil filter. Or if easier what oil filter relocation kit should i buy.

anyone selling or know where i can grab a pair of 294 regrind cams for my 1995 5sfe celica.. i live in Australia and people over here dont modifiy the 5sfe motor too much...

i want to do that with an N/A celica... will the 3rd gen 3sge motor do the job?

lols i beaten alot of Honda's with my GTIR...

but i want i beat some Honda's with my celica as well...

do you guys think a 3rd gen 3sge will do the jobs with some modifications like full exhaust, CAI, CAMS, ECU, Fuel pump ect...

out of a 3rd gen 3sge and a beams motor.. what would you guys recommend?

my goal is to bulid my celica as a N/A tune... i want good top end power and beat some honda's.. so which motor is suitable for me?

hey guys im Tony, i live all the way over here in australia... Can anyone or somebody do me a very BIG favor? i want these 294 web cams everyone is talking about... i want to build up my celica NA...

is anyone willing to help me get these cams? i have a set of exhaust and intake cams. im willing to send these cam to anyone who could send them off to web cam and get the 294 regrind.. ill pay for all the cost buy a receipt must be proven so i know what i payed for... and in that i will offer $200 US money for the person whos willing to help me out...

i want cams.... pls.. so hard to find in australia... are they straight bolt on the 5sfe head... ill take them.. what ecu do i need to tune with?

already did that.... but its not the ecu... my engine had only 20pound in each cylinder...

nice..... so i can just drop in the 3sge beam engine... plug up the ecu and wire loom and it will start up? do i need to get the 202 cluster.... is it hard to put in the cluster?

its was a secound hand engine... had like 6500 and i did another 1500..

Found it guys... i called a mechanic to come and do a compression test om my car..... all the cylinders were all reading 20-25 which means that they are all dead.... sad but yeah.... im going to give up my 5sfte project now... stick to NA... i enjoyed the turbo project so much, it was a good experiment for me.... thanks for all thoses people who help me out...

took my ecu out and tried it on my friend celica.. it started his car..ecu ok....
so if ecu is ok, starter still click, distributor still sparks with spark inside, injectors swap back to stock standard and fuel pump pumping... what else could go wrong?

i tink my engine is gone....

wouldn't the 202 ecu and wire hardness come with the engine if i buy a halfcut..? if i do buy it, is it just straight plug in... like cluster.. and engine bolts right in.. is there any other modifications required anywhere... like will my power steering work with the 3sge engine? ect...

no luck guys i put my stock injectors back on and tried to start and not starting only cranks.... i tink it may be the ECU or the Engines gone.. if the engines gone will the car still crank?

i dont know if the injectors are working or not... gota check them... how do i check for codes??? my car not even drivable..

whats the difference between the two?

can you fit the st202 motor in the 204 chassis? can the 202 engine bolt onto the 204 gearbox?
what modifications need?

still no luck guys.... check my fuel pump still working... i unplugged it form the rail and just crank the car.. fuel comes out... so im assuming that theres nothing wrong with the fuel pump.... my sparks are dry no oil, water or any type of liquid in on them... took of the distributed, crank the car and the red plate still turns.....

can it be the injectors?? or ecu???? help guys..
