At the moment i have a broken 7afe currently in my car and to replace this i am currently building a 7age to replace it. Sorry to hijack the thread but i am in the process of installing a greddy emanage ultimate to my st, but i have a big problem when the emanage is connected and i start the car it struggles to idle also i am getting afr readings of 10:1!! when i remove the emanage the car runs like normal? can anybody help me out on this? i do also have my safcII still wired up to monitor knock etc. could this be the problem? Also where do i tap the ignition wire into the st's ecu? |

All i can say is great work hurley97. I am planning to rebuild a spare head that i have got with some regrinds like you have got, and a mild port and polish. As it was mentioned earlier in this topic can you definatly use 4age valve components in the 7afe head? |

here is my dyno results i got last year on my 7afe the mods were a blitz sonic induction kit with stock intake piping and exhaust with decat. At the time i got my safc II mapped the tuner at the dyno mapped it to a/f 14.6 the end result was 133.8bhp @ the flywheel and 99bhp at the wheels  i have since mapped the safc II myself to a/f 12.8 on the road since i havent been able to afford any dyno time and im sure i have more power now |

you could also try it out yourself? and you could also add the luxury of heated seats to your original seats as well. i know some1 who retrimmed her FTO seats in leather all she did was take the cover off her seats the cut the leather to the same size add the heater element that was on another car wired it all up the fitted the new leather seat cover. |
