I am looking for exhaust part numbers. In particular, the part number for the downpipe or flexpipe...i dont really know if they are the same part. I need to purchase a new one because theres a hole in it. If anyone has a spare part laying around let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

looking for stock exhaust from the cat back or possibly from the flexpipe back. i need one thats in decent to fairly new shape. or would you think it would be cheaper to just buy a generic universal muffler and have an exhaust shop make the pipes for me. any help would be appreciated.

can anyone explain to me the functionality of the st braking system. in particular, i am wondering about the rear drums brakes. do they serve as anything more than just a parking brake???

is it possible for you to take a few suspension parts off for me...i kinda ran into an emergency and need them for my car. i'm looking for the spring seat and the upper insulators that lay between the actual spring and the suspension support( the part you can see from the engine bay) for all four corners, but i atleast need the front ones. i'll even pay extra if we can seal the deal and have a speedy shipment cause i'm going back to school in about a week.

QUOTE
inexpensive springs have a reputation of loosing stiffness with age, I dont know who makes the #1 springs but that was a big reason for buying groundcontrol.

well many factors play into that, mainly in the way you drive. If you dont abuse your car on a daily basis then you shouldnt have any problems. i really dont plan on autocorssing everyday so there shouldnt be any problems. And i dont plan on having these coilovers on long enough to wear them out all the way anyways. this is just a temporary solution until i purchase true coilovers.

i just dont see the point in spending that much money on fake coilovers. if you're going to spend 500 dollars on fake coilovers and gettin them installed, you might as well just save an extra 500 and go all out. and by the way my still does handle amazingly without the GCs.

yea i dont think i'll be lowering it anymore than that until i get some new struts. i'm happy with the ride quality and look, so i'll leave her alone for now.

yea i really love the mkii's and i've always wanted one. But the mkiii's look pretty damn sexy with those trd body kits. Mmmm mid-range and rear wheel drive, must be nice. just dont drive in the snow due to the lack of weight on all four tires...could be fun in a parking lot though biggrin.gif
