I have been checking every day... However I have not yet gotten any slips to pick up any package from the local post office or anything in the mail that resembles a calendar. I do have the e-mail message i have sent saved. Dunno if you want them or not. Kinda concerned, I would just like to use these calendars if you know what I mean.

I have the emails you've sent me; I think I mentioned that in an earlier post up there... sorry if I was unclear. Others are still just now getting them too, I can't even imagine what it is that's taking so long.

You didn't respond to my earlier post confirming the address though - if you wouldn't mind please just confirming that, it will at least verify that it's gone to the correct address.

Two calendars were sent to you at the shipping addy you provided in PayPal, to the address beginning with 1576, T6R2Z4.

Let me know if they haven't come by Monday. If they haven't arrived, I will have 2 printed at my expense and will UPS them to you, also at my expense. I'm very sorry that they haven't arrived yet, they totally should have. Either way I will do everything in my power to ensure that you have them in your hands by the end of next week.

Hey I just got the calendars today in the mail. Its all good now thanx. They look awesome. Don't know why they took so long though. Anyways thanks a lot. smile.gif

wondering if there are any companies that make front lips for the gt4 bumper and if so what are the web sites?

I love the look of the gt4 bumper with the grill and everything and also that you can have fog lights. But i also like the look of the C-One bumper but only the bottom half. on the top half where the grill should be on the C-One has a bar going through the middle of it and i dont really like that too much. wow im so picky frown.gif

any help would be awesome.

SHOOT sorry guys i just saw the sticky.... admin please lock this sorry again

Hmm..Where can i get that hood ??? bowdown.gif

That hood you can actually purchase off of the site www.c-one.co.jp HOWEVER i suggest you ask someone japanese to translate for you because it is a japanese site. OR!!! you can buy it off of someone that already has it that is selling it.

QUOTE (Sebotage @ Aug 9, 2008 - 8:04 AM) *
can someone who already has one of these bumpers tell me what material this is made of? polyurethane or f/g?

Yup fiberglass.

hmmm well ive done some research and i think i have found my answer... i went to the site and there are 2 styles of bumpers for the celica. There is one for just the regular 6th gen models and one made specifically for the GT-4 Model.

i guess i will just answer my own question so that other people will know as well. But anyways from what i see it looks as though the middle of the GT-4 bumper comes up higher than the regular st gt or gts models
and by middle i meen the area between the high beam lights.

so that would mean that if you do not have a GT-4 hood you should get the regular C-One bumper for the celica. If you do have or want to do a GT-4 conversion with the C-One bumper you should get the GT-4 C-One bumper.

So if you are getting a C-One bumper from either the site or a third party MAKE SURE that you get the correct one as the GT-4 bumper will require that you have a GT-4 hood.

Akirad1... from what i looks like in the pictures i posted, the turn signals appear to be different... i would also assume that housings for USDM and JDM models would be different so take that into consideration as well.

if you get the riser blocks of the ssiii celica or or late gt4 it won't have the lettering imprinted on them. i have some that are shaved but they are replicas made by doggy. he no longer makes them. you could try sending chrisc a PM and see if he makes them. but to find some oem that don't have the lettering will be pretty tough.

yah i know i found an original OEM JDM spoiler with the raiser blocks on ebay and it has the GTFOUR lettering on the raiser blocks...

so the ones without the lettering imprinted on the are replicas... i c i c

i know many have added this onto their celicas so what i am asking is does this spoiler come without the riser blocks having GTFOUR embedded onto them???

I have lots of stuff that I don't like about my celica but its mostly stuff that can be fixed.... like my radio antenna doesn't work properly so I'm gonna have to get a new one. Lots of other stuff that I need to change as well.

BUT in general the things that I don't like about my celica is that there is not much after market support. I'm talking body kits, piping (as I read the forums most people need custom piping for IC's among other things). Not really a lot that I don't like about this car actually.

Love the shape, cockpit style, how the car is rare, and on my particular celica the condition that it came in.

ITS MY BABY!!!!

Sounds like a good plan you got there.. On mine I'm planning to get a new audio system... shopping around right now. As for anything else I'll probably be working on detailing the exterior, interior and engine bay. My engine bay is pretty clean but could use a little touch up here and there. I want to try to keep it as clean as possible.
The exterior of my car is pretty immaculate right now other than the paint on the factory 3 post spoiler I have is sort of losing its shine. Im gonna see if a good wash and wax will bring the shine back. If not then I will probably be getting a new paint job. That blue is a nice color... but I'm sorta of stuck on whether or not I should just keep my baby red. Oh well anyways..

Right now I'm waiting for my friend to hook me up with JDM Door Sills, JDM OEM Projector Headlights Set, JDM Silver Center Dash Console, JDM Kouki Tail Lights Lamps, JDM SSIII OEM Wing Spoiler.

Keep us up to date on the progresses of your car.

Hey guys i feel like a moron. it wasnt too long ago that i bought my 6th gen -_-.... it only came with one key and i parked it for winter and i misplaced my key. I went to the dealership to see if they could do anything about it. they said they need the key code from the passenger side door lock.

can i get this myself or is it some special thing that only the dealership can get. basically im asking whether or not i am able to take off the paneling on the door and obtain this "key code" by like writing it down or is it some sort of electronic thing that has to be read by some computer the dealership has?

well, in order to get the passanger handle out your going to need to get in the car. if you can, you can pull the whole doorhandle out pretty easy, there a handful of screws and 3 clips that hold the doorpanel on, and 2 10mm bolts holding the handle in.
there are 2 "clips" that hold the levers in place for the doorhandle and doorlock, they swing away from the rod, then you pop the rod out.

nice and success. i have gotten my keys replaced.... started my engine for the first time today ans was sooooooo invigorated. man i cant wait to drive her... thanx for your help.

ok i have taken the panel out of my passenger side door and i see 2 codes on the inside door handle as product ID's XXXXX-XXXXX

are these the codes that i need to get my new keys cut...

for those of you who are just saying that i should take my VIN and registration in i already have done that. The dealership punched them into the computer and they told me that since my car is old the codes are no longer in the database.
