You'll like it. Kedena is a huge base and its right next to Foster(one of the Marine bases). If your a E-5 or above you'll get your license and be able to see the whole island, if not the transit system is really good around here. Let me know when you get down here and I'll show you around. The first thing you'll notice is that darn near everyone has a Skyline, they're like Hondas in the states. Just PM me on the sight when you get on Island.

I almost forgot. There is a near intact curren that I can get stuff off. To include the factory cd/tape deck. Oh and shipping varies, 40 west and 60 east cost. It only changes like 5 to 6 bucks either way. Like I said I'll keep posting as I find stuff.

Ok guys, this is what I got so far.

Smoked Curren tails(rare) - $105

Power side mirrors w/control panel and wiring - $180

4a-ge engine parts(older version not silver or black on top)

I can't do the whole engine, its too much out of pocket for me right now, but I can take what ever I want off the thing. I'm still going to look for the rest so keep checking the forum. If it won't sell here then it'll just go on ebay. All the stuff I have is in really good condition. I'll send pics on request. I've got a 5 meg camera so you'll be able to see what I mean.

As I get the stuff in I'll post what I have and prices. I'm finding it alittle hard to find a good junk yard. Plus there are different JDM tail lights, yup there is more than one style. AS it comes in I'll post.

85 for the pair. Let me check on shipping to give you the total cost. The same curren I got the lights off might have the rear extensions intact. I'll check tomorrow.

I have a set of curren tail lights in hand. I have to buy a good digital camera to post the pics. Slowly but surely I'm searching the junk yards, Its harder than I thought it would be to find this stuff.

So Far I got a set of curren tail lights. Heres the deal guys, I'm a Marine and my duty schedule is alittle odd, so give me about two weeks to find some of this stuff. Some of the junk yards I've gone to had some stuff but not alot. This weekend I'm going to Nago(Northern Okinawa) I heard its junk yards are loaded. Once again I can't do full engines, legal issues with my command, engine parts I can do. I'm printing the list of parts you all want. I'll have a price list on Wednesday(Japanese time zone).

I've been out of the scene for quite along time, I've been doing alot of traveling. Now I'm stationed in Japan, I'll be here for the atleast the next three years. What this means to you all is that I can just about get any part for cheap. I remember how hard it was for me to get some JDM parts, now I can get it all. Coomer let me know, and I'll get it. I already went to a couple junk yards and the skys the limit on the stuff out here. Sorry guys, I'm not going to deal with engines but I'll try to get parts off them. Any how, its good to be back online :-)

Cool car, and as far as being a model thats pretty darn cool too. The customization on the rear fender is a definite eye catcher. The interior is very similar to something I'm trying to do with my celi. In any case, welcome to the club.

J

P.S. Let me know if your agency is hiring new talent, I'm trying to quit my day job biggrin.gif ....Really tongue.gif

J

P.S. I'm still around just to busy to post. I pop in here and there though.

I second the no wing look. Although I myself won't do it, mostly due to the work involved in patching the holes. Try it, the wings are over-rated any ways, our cars are front wheel driven. 2 cents on the table....

It can go two ways, depending on wether or not its dropped. If your still at stock height then put it on a lift and/or jack and it'll be a 30min job at the most. Everything is easily reached from under the car. In my case it happened after I lowered the car and installed my kit. So it took me about half a day of laying atop my engine to get it done, it was hard to reach and I had to use a angled socket wrench, which is fun all in itself. All said and done its not a hard thing to do.

Car looks good to me with the exception of the rear wing. The lights are alittle over board but think of what it looks like at night, it might look sweet with that effect. All in all it has a theme and well done, props on the effort alone to do it all.

Those are some hot fenders, gotta post the pics when they're on. I'll be on the look out for those when they become available, but for now I'm too busy getting everything I need for my swap. The body lines are going to be pretty mean if it falls into place right. Keep us posted.

I just got mine and I test fit it. It fits damn near perfect. It does stick out a little on the end where it meets the wind shield but thats no problem. I just can't wait to be able to hook it all up and have the car of my dreams once and for all.

I've got R/Fs all around and the bass is decent but I'm going to add a couple of tens to round out the low tones. Haven't had any problems with the highs or the mids, for the time being their underpowered but when the tens come so will the amps. What ever you decide to get don't pay retail. Everything I have in my car I payed less than 800 for it. Look at my profile to see the list of audio equip. PM me and I'll point you in the right direction to find what you want for cheap. Later...
